1 This is the Rider for Mr. Roberto Fonseca. Please read it carefully and return it signed. COMPLETE RIDER INTRODUCTION This rider is part of the contract and will be signed ON EACH PAGE and attached to the contract. The promoter will follow all the instructions contained in the following pages; any material missing or any problem will be checked before with the tour manager of the group. Phone: Fax : javier@montuno.com SOUND SYSTEM The Promoter should provide a high quality system, multi way active. P.A system: L. Acoustic v- dosc, Meyer Sound, D&B, MARTIN, NEXO, Always Line Array is Always the best Option. NO HOME MADE P.A WILL BE ACCEPTED. The promoter will also provide Delays to ensure that the sound system will produce the same Db pressure in all the audience seats. Please 100 Db minimum. Theatres or Indoor Venues The mixing desk will be located between both sound systems, and 2/3 the way to the back of the venue, NEVER under balconies and ALWAYS on the same level as the lower level audience. Open Air Events For open air events, The P.A desk will never be located more than 25 meters from the front stage and will be placed on a platform of minimum 5m. x 4m. at 0.30m. high (MAXIMUM), and will be covered with canvas F.O.H. CONTROL 1 x Mixing desk, a minimum 24 chanels with 4 full parametric equalization and VCA Important Midas heritage, xl 8, Pro 6. Sound craft VI or SI series. Digital Consoles are welcome: Digidisign Venue Or SC 48, Digico D1 or D5, D9. Yamaha PM 5D, M7 CL 1 x Equalizer KLARK TECNICK 1/3 octave DN 360 (stereo), BSS, or VARICURVE. 1 x Cross-over or control processor on the whole diffusion system (all the devices controlling the P.A. system must be accessible to Roberto Fonseca s engineer). 1 x Lexicon PCM Series (90 preferred) or higher. Or one TC electronic M 3000 or 5000 (ONLY ANALOGIC DESK) 1 x mini jack connected On F.O.H desk to connect a laptop We carry a small zoom to recording please supply two XLR connected in a stereo matrix 1 x TALK BACK microphone. 2 BACKLINE 1 x Acoustic Grand Piano Steinway & Sons D absolute preferred. Other models: Yamaha CFIIIS or Fazioli, tuned at 440 Hz. + adjustable piano bench with maximum high position. with lid and music stand removed Piano must be tuned before and after sound check. SPECIALLY After! 1 x Fender Rhodes with a fender speaker 1 x Hammond B3 with Leslie speaker (for small productions we can accept a Roland VK77 or similar electronic Hammond please double check with the tour manager) PLEASE PROVIDE A BACKLINER TO HELP OUR CREW SET UP THE STAGE. PROPS AND SCENERY FOR THE STAGE With all this props we like to replicate Roberto s home on scene. 1 x folding screen (for a very quick wardrobe change on stage) 1 x small empty fridge 1 x small sofa 1 x table with a white tablecloth 1 x vase with fresh flowers. 1 x coffee table 1 x Armchair 1 x old radio or old stereo hifi Different books and magazines, kitchen pots and pans. on the stage plot we recreate our idea to decorate the stage please don t hesitate contact for all your questions we like to use all we can find in the Theatre. Cellular Phone MINIMUM LIGHTING EQUIPMENT LIST This is a theatre show we need to have 3 different colour ambiences and a minimum of 6 profiles to marc the different elements of the stage Also 3 PC or profiles on floor 6 x 6 Par 64 or PC, some ACL, leds focus. Profiles etc. enough to do a nice show with some different scenes. Frontal and back structure 1 Professional Light desk plus operator and all the necessary dimmers to cover all channels. Moving Lights are always welcome wash and spots Black drop (Size adjust to the stage dimension, approx. 8 m. x 6 m.). Black Legs and borders to close on both sides (if it s possible). We don t have a lighting design WE NEED A GOOD AND PROFESISONAL LIGHTING ENGINEER WE NEED THE LIGHTING ENINEER AT OUR LOAD IN TO FOCUSING AND WE SUPLY A LIGHTING CUE LIST we will do a rehearsal on sound check Page 2 of 5

3 SET UP AND ARRIVAL We will need 90 minutes for set up stage and dressing rooms; the sound, backline, and Props will be ready on stage at our arrival. PLEASE WE NEED THE LIGHTIN ENGINEER TO FOCUS THE STAGE AT THE LOAD IN. We will need 90 minutes for sound check With Roberto and the Lighting engineer. During the sound check the stage will be for the sole use of the ARTIST. THE ARTIST will have control of all the sound and lights system. STAGE DIMENSIONS The Promoter will provide a stage with the following dimensions: Width: 8m. / Depth: 6 m. / Height: depending on the venue LOCAL CREW The Promoter will provide the following LOCAL crew: One (1) Production Manager. One (1) P.A Engineer. To help our F.O.H engineer. One (1) Person in charge of Hospitality and dressing rooms. One (1) Light Engineer. Please note that we are travelling without Light Engineer. DRESSING ROOMS The group will need at least three (2) dressing rooms One (1) Dressing room for Mr. Roberto Fonseca One (1) Dressing room for Production Office These dressing rooms will have their own toilets. The toilets must have soap, towels and toilet paper. Each dressing room will be equipped as described below: Roberto Fonseca Dressing room 1 Table, 2 chairs, wardrobes and hangers a big sofa is good. 1 Iron and ironing board. Important! 1 Full length mirror Soft drinks as Coca Colas, Diet Coke, Orange Sodas, Sprites, Coffee espresso and tea 6 Beers Assorted (100%) juices, orange, apple, peach etc.. A Lot of sparkling and mineral water (Vitel, Evian or similar) Assorted sandwiches of ham, salami, turkey, roast beef, different cheeses, etc Chocolate bars, cookies and Sweet Biscuits, Assorted snacks, mixed nuts, crisps Production Office Table + 2 chairs Internet connection always welcome AC Outlets. Hangers and wardrobe. The keys of these dressing rooms should be delivered to the Artist s Tour Manager on arrival. If the rooms are not lockable the promoter shall provide a security guard to look after the dressing rooms. Page 3 of 5

4 On Stage (30 min. before starts the Show) 2 Small, Clean and dry hand towels. 4 Small bottles of regular (NON GAS) mineral water. DINNER The Artist will like to have dinner at the venue. The beverages listed on the last page will be only for preshow catering and after show, Dinner drinks should be considered apart with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO THE ARTIST. In some case a Buy out will be accepted 25 Euros, 20 Pounds, or 30 dollars. The food should consist of a 3-course meal: 1 starter: soup salad pasta etc. 1 main course: (meat, chicken or fish). And desert. Drinks: Red Wine, mineral water, Coca-cola, sprite, fruit juice, espresso coffee, tea, etc Please no spicy food. Note that Roberto cannot eat corn, Pumpkin and lamb in any form Please two alternative options minimum for main course, Side dishes are appreciated (rice, mashed potatoes, etc ) SECURITY The PROMOTER will ensure the safety of artist s belongings from the time of the artist crew arrival to the time of their departure with efficient security in the backstage entrance(s), front stage, backstage area and parking. GROUND TRANSPORTATION IF WE DON T TRAVEL WITH OUR BUS The promoter will supplied Arriving or departing by plane or train: One comfortable Van with enough space for 2 people with local driver for Mr. Roberto Fonseca complete entourage from airport/train station to hotel and from hotel to airport/train station. 4 Pieces of luggage a little bit of equipment will be transferred in the same vehicle. For the Day of the Show (Internal Transport) Transfer for the Tour Manager. to go from the Hotel to the Venue at the time accorded between the Tour Manager and the Local Promoter, normally 90 minutes before Roberto. For Roberto. One comfortable Car with local driver for local transport from the hotel to the venue and from the venue to the hotel. WE ALWAYS ADVISE IN ADVANCE IF WE ARRIVE WITH OUR BUS OR NOT. 5 PRESS The promoter should present a list of photographers to the Tour Manager at the beginning of the set up. Any request concerning TELEVISION or RADIO RECORDING should be made to MONTUNO PRODUCCIONES in advance. The Tour Manager will provide a document where the policy of photo shooting is included. All Press should have their specific passes provided by the tour manager. Any press material needed, or requests, pleases contact: press@montuno.com or arantza@montuno.com INTERVIEWS The promoter will not allow any press or photographers inside the dressing rooms. The Artist will not be submitting to any public appearance with political reasons or publicity of any kind. All interviews must be agreed before with Montuno Producciones. HOTEL The PROMOTER will provide to the ARTIST a 4* star Hotel (Michelin Guide). With BUFFET or COOKED AMERICAN BREAKFAST INCLUDED The PROMOTER will consult the Tour manager s ARTIST about the Hotel, having his confirmation in order to make the final booking of the Hotel. ROOMS required 2 Kings singles One junior suit for Roberto is welcome, WE WILL ADVISE IN ADVANCE TO BOOK ONE MORE ROOM IF THE BAND TRAVEL WITH BUS For the single rooms king size beds are required, This Hotel will be well located, as close as possible to the venue and city centre (please do not book outside city Hotels). The Hotel should be equipped with: HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION, restaurant, room service, and porter. In some case a good 3* star Hotel will be accepted if the hotel have all this service. Please Check with the tour manager if will be necessary to have a early check in or check out.
