22 3. Recommendations and Conclusion Recommendations: Operating department to check/adjust FCV/setting of meter 1879 on skid 6, diesel. Check/adjust FCV setting of Jet-A1 meters and monitor the operation flow rate very closely. Periodically review the operating flow rate/fluctuation range to verify whether the operating range is within the acceptable range.

Recommendations and Conclusion Conclusion: The operating flow rate and flow fluctuation for all meters are considered normal and within 10% of the meter proving flow rate with exception of Jet-A1 meters at the first 20% of the load. Flow fluctuation in the bulk plant has no impact on measurement accuracy and there is no need to increase the meter proving frequency, as the fluctuation is within allowable range and within the meter proving flow rate.
