Each time you purchase a song you will be provided with one master copy of music and are given permission to photocopy as much as needed for the choirs in your program ONLY. You will be required to sign an agreement that you will NOT SHARE THIS MUSIC WITH OTHER DIRECTORS, SCHOOLS OR CHURCHES and that you will make all efforts to collect the copies you make from the performers after completion of it s use. You may recopy and use the music again in later years without having to repurchase. Use and performance rights belong to the PURCHASER. In most cases this is the institution buying the music, NOT THE DIRECTOR. If your school purchases the music, said music and the rights to perform remain with that school. If you change jobs, you need to repurchase the music if you wish to use it at your new school or church. Any applicable rhythm section parts for Vocal Jazz arrangements will be in the format of chord changes. Written out rhythm section parts for each song (usually piano & bass) can be purchased for most songs for an additional $15.
