PhotoCast is more cost effective than a BAS relief because it is run as a background texture and has less depth. During our mold making process, our CNC machines pick up on the lights and darks within your photograph and our talented design team sets a corresponding depth of cut that gives you the background properties. 38 Mounting Wall Mount 1- TEMPLATE 2- DRILL HOLES Determine location for the sign and place template level on the surface. Mark surface through template at with an awl or pencil. Use a 5/16 masonry drill bit in brick or concrete or, Use a 1/4 drill bit in siding or drywall. 3- INSERT ROD 4- DRY FIT Screw 1/4 threaded rod (supplied) into the holes in back of the sign. Dry fit and check for level and positioning. Make adjustments if necessary. 5- ADD GLUE 6- MOUNT Ensure holes are clear of debris and apply adhesive (silicone/ caulking) in holes and on threaded rod. Install sign by pressing threaded rod into the holes and adjust to position. Apply painters tape to secure for 1/2 hour or until adhesive sets. p.33

Delivery/Production time: Our standard production time is business days from artwork approval and project deposit receipt. Since all of our products are custom made to order, non-standard shapes and styles or full facility signage orders with a significant number of pieces can take business days. Terms: All FusionCast products from ideation to final product are made to order specifically for you. We require a 50% deposit with order approval, and 50% final payment prior to shipping (including delivery costs). Our team would be happy to provide progress pictures and status updates at your request so you can see how your order is progressing. How will my order be delivered: Through our expansive network of freight companies, FusionCast gets preferred shipping rates for both small and large scale shipments. FusionCast gathers multiple quotes on your behalf, and we pass on the savings to you, our valued customer. If you prefer to make your own shipping arrangements, please notify FusionCast when you confirm the production of the project. Detailed tracking info will be provided to you once your order ships. Graphic approval disclaimer: Based on customer direction, FusionCast will provide artwork for customer approval. If logos and brand images are required, high quality ai or eps files will be required.
