1 FLEXISTRIP RGB 60 Our Flexistrip RGB 60 is a high brightness, high quality, yet slim-line and flexible LED profile, offering clients the ability of full colour change or pure white illumination with a CRI >90. Supplied in 5 metre lengths, with selected cut points. This profile allows full flexibility for the client to illuminate short or longer run lengths. Colour shift: 2 step MacAdam elipse. 2 Using 60 Premium Grade Tri-Chip Epistar SMD5060 LEDs per metre. This product is perfect for colour change applications. Our RGB Flexistrip guarantees a strong light output with low energy consumption at 14.4w per metre at full output. With a range of dimming interfaces available, the client can gain further energy savings and alter the brightness of the Flexistrip from day to night, or as required. Mechanical Summary Each 5000mm length measures a total width of 10mm with a shallow depth of 3-5mm depending upon the product IP rating, providing a large surface area per LED for maximum heat dissipation. Thermal management is also significantly boosted through the use of a flame retardant, 0.4mm thickness, 2oz copper PCB for high thermal conductivity and heat dissipation away from the LEDs and components. Colours Available RGB RGB Red Green Blue Optics Available Non-Optic (120 ) All components are machine placed on to the PCB using through-hole, lead-free, reflow soldering at a controlled temperature, to ensure a superior quality finish and long term durability, guaranteeing a lifetime in excess of 50,000hrs. The product has selected cut points every 100mm, with readyprepared solder tabs, with each LED channel tab measuring 1.5x3mm for ease of manual soldering. The PCB is then finished in white to ensure the highest levels of forward emitting light and also improved aesthetics for installations where the product PCB is visible. To finish, the PCB is rear-lined with TESA 4965, 200MP, adhesive mounting tape for swift and easy installation. The result of this engineering is a high output, cost effective product which is ideal for use in professional installations where high quality must be assured. The DALI address is manually addressable on each decoder, and the address is shown in a numerical digital LCD display. Functionality is further enhanced by the ability to automatically address each DALI decoder from a master controller. 4 x DALI addresses, with individual control of each LED channel, 0%-100% dimming range via logarithmic characteristic

4 160 x 45 x 18mm Control Signal Amplifier Used to amplify the control signal generated from the DMX512 or DALI Decoder. To avoid voltage drop a signal amplifier must be used after each 10m length of RGBW Flexistrip. Aluminium Mounting Extrusion Our range of extruded aluminium mounting profiles provide an additional form of heatsink for the Flexistrip, whilst also enhancing the variety of possible installations for the product. The images right represent the cross sections of different profiles that we can offer, and these include recessed, surface mount, stair tread and multiple line profiles. These enable flush installations within walls, ceilings, handrails and floors though please be conscious of the IP43 rating of the Flexistrip when specifying your project. Silicon Fixing Clips Whilst the product has a very strong adhesive tape backing, for secure fixing and long term durability, Tryka provide packs of 100 x silicon fixing clips, measuring 17mm x 5mm. These bridge the Flexistrip and are screwed in place either side of the Flexistrip profile.
