15 Conclusion Standard SR of Top and Bottom cell demonstrated on the full module area (without DC bias voltage) LED Backlight + 15 standard band pass filters Measurement time : about 15 Minutes New Measurement Method demonstrated dynamic backlight characteristics in the ms range Dynamic LED combined with STC Xenon flasher Setup can be applied to every flasher typ! Production line! Work in progress to do: Dynamic LED combined with STC over total IV curve SR Measurement during degradation 15
