2 ABOUT US All Access Staging & Productions is a global leader in the live event industry. We provide sets, stages, automation, special effects equipment, and production services, with clientele in the television, concert touring, festival, award show, sports entertainment, brand activation, and corporate event markets. VERSA STAGE We have been Los Angeles favorite staging company since 1991 when we developed the revolutionary Versa Stage system. Today, we have locations all over the world and manufacture an entire Versa Stage product line -- from the Versa deck and support structure to stage lifts, turntables, drapery effects, and more. 4 EQUIPMENT STAGING & ACCESSORIES STAGE SYSTEMS & ACCESSORIES When we developed the Versa deck in 1991, we changed the world of indoor modular staging. To this day, we put careful engineering into the design of every product we manufacture, even the ones the audience might not see -- handrails, cable ramps, artist entry tunnels, set carts, and packaging. All of our equipment is guaranteed to be the safest, most durable, and most reliable in the industry. B A TECH/CAMERA PLATFORMS Our tech platforms are guaranteed to be the strongest and safest front-of-house platforms in the industry. Our sturdy elevated camera risers support cameras of all weights and sizes, including jib cams, ped cams, and technocranes. Our platforms walk through framing and mezzanine structural support will free up valuable tech and production space. LED INTEGRATION Nothing upgrades a stage system or set like LED accent lighting. Whether clients need LED-integrated decks or stairs or a complete custom set with LED accent lighting, our team has the expertise to create dynamic lighting effects at any scale. 5 EQUIPMENT STAGING & ACCESSORIES AUDIENCE RISERS No television set is complete without audience bleachers. Our audience risers come in standard rises, and we also have custom rises available to work in any studio or venue. Designed specifically for television events, our risers and ADA platforms are guaranteed to be ultra safe and durable. Other features include easy access with clear pathways, as well as storage areas, beneath taller audience structures. We also offer high-quality chairs for rent for a turnkey audience seating system. 6 EQUIPMENT AUTOMATION & EFFECTS TURNTABLES We produce the finest turntables in the industry -- strong, durable, and always reliable. The Versa turntable system ranges from 8 to 56 feet in diameter and can revolve up to 40,000 pounds of gear. We carry an assortment of other turntables in numerous sizes; if you want your show to be seen from every angle, we have a turntable for you! STAGE LIFTS We offer world-class stage lifts to elevate artists, band gear, and props to new heights. We have a large rental inventory of stage lifts that lift platforms of any size, from small to very large. We carry scissor lifts, star lifts, toaster lifts, ADA lifts, and the Versa X-Lift. We also have the technology and experts on site to design custom built-to-spec lifts that are perfect for your next set. CUSTOM MECHANICAL EFFECTS Our team executes custom mechanical effects using a wide range of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components. Examples include the custom 20 drawbridge, game sticks that pop out of the floor, and the moving staircase. If there s an automated effect that doesn t exist yet, we can build it! RENTAL AUTOMATION We offer a large selection of automated effects, including stage conveyors, mobilators, trolleys, and other rental products; some of which can be upgraded with our smart control system. Examples include: MOBILATORS Move large components across the stage with our mobilator stage tractors. There is also an optional air lift casters setup, which allows for quick and easy 360 degree positioning. STAGE CONVEYORS Our stage conveyors move you quickly upstage at variable speed and fit seamlessly into any stage. VERSA ROTATOR The Versa rotator creates a stunning spinning effect. Multiple rotators can be used simultaneously to create a vertical louver effect, or one can be used alone, to spin video, scenery, or other backdrops. VERSA HP TROLLEY The Versa high-precision trolley is the perfect effect for moving scenery across the stage, using a geared tracking beam within a custom truss system.
