1 Experience Atlanta Audio Services was started in October, 2015, by Dan Harr and his wife, Rocket Frain. Dan has been the owner of Music News Nashville for 11 years, a music magazine covering information on the music industry. Dan has a long history of being in the music industry as a singer, songwriter, musician, photographer and independent audio engineer, dating back to 1979 when he performed for the first time on stage professionally. That music experience gives him the unique ability to mix sound for others, knowing instinctively what they want for sound. Insurance Atlanta Audio Services, a division of Acworth Entertainment Group LLC, is covered by the policy of the parent company for on-site liability with an aggregate amount of two million dollars. Policy on Hiring of Non-Resident Aliens MNN Enterprises LLC / Atlanta Audio Services only hires documented U.S. Citizens. Policy on Drug Free Workplace No employee of Acworth Entertainment Group LLC / Atlanta Audio Services will ever use any drugs or alcohol, other than doctor-prescribed medication, on any worksite. Period. Breathe Easy Zone Acworth Entertainment Group LLC / Atlanta Audio Services employees are never allowed to smoke on work sites, and most employees hired as contract workers are non-smokers. If an employee smokes, they will leave the worksite on authorized breaks to do so. Page 1

2 Identification of Personnel Primary contact is Dan Harr. Dan Harr (Owner of Acworth Entertainment Group LLC dba Atlanta Audio Services) Rocket Frain (co-owner of Atlanta Audio Services) Additional staff are hired and used for setup/breakdown. Payment Terms and Inclement Weather Policy Payment terms are 50/50, which is 50% (fifty percent) at time of contract agreement and 50% (fifty percent) on day of show. Cancellation of event notice must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the event. With proper notification, 50% (fifty percent) of original deposit will be returned, with 50% (fifty percent) being non-refundable, if no rescheduling of the event is made. In the event of inclement weather, Acworth Entertainment Group LLC / Atlanta Audio Services agrees to provide services on any rescheduled date barring conflict with already-scheduled events. Rescheduling of a rain date MUST occur prior to setup of equipment on site. Once setup begins, a rain date will be booked at 50% additional to original cost. 3 TERMS Accessory package this will include DI boxes, laptops and any necessary accessories. Audio Engineer this is the person who would run the sound board and be responsible for the overall sound the audience hears Backline any gear needed by the band including guitars, amps, drums, keys, etc. Cable package This includes mic and guitar cables and any other connector cables needed. Downstage This is the front of the stage, closest to the audience. Drum Mic Package this will be for the drums to be miked. FOH Front of house anything that is out in front of the stage in the house looking back at the stage. Ground Stack this is when speakers are either stacked on the edges of the stage or on the floor, or on platforms next to the stage. They will not have the same reach as a line array. House this is the audience side of the venue, as opposed to the stage side. House Left and Right this is the sides of the stage when looking at the stage from the house. Laptop package This is the playback package for fill music and includes a laptop and all necessary connectors. Large stage This is a 48x24 stage. It will accommodate performances by most national touring artists as well as large orchestras. It will provide sound for up to 10,000+ people. Lifts When using line arrays, there will need to be one of two different lifts used to raise and place the speakers: Motor lifts for the mobile stages, and Genie lifts for the platform stages. These lift the speakers in place and secure them. Lighting Tech this is the person who will design, setup and run the light systems for any stages using lighting. Page 3

4 TERMS (cont.) Line Array this is when speakers are flown from the truss supports on the stage to a height above the stage, providing a longer throw or reach into the audience. They will have a specific number of top speakers per side. Medium Stage This is a 32x24 stage. It will accommodate large band performances and small orchestras, and with a line array will be good for audiences up to people (line array). Microphone Package this will include the necessary number of mics, cables and stands to accommodate the band rider or gig, and will be comprised of Shure and Sennheiser microphones. Mobile Stage this is a stage that rolls in / rolls out and is pulled by a truck (a GMC Silverado 2500 HD) Monitor Board Engineer if needed, this is a person who would run a second mix board located at the side of the stage to run the monitors the band uses Monitors these are the speakers on the stage that a band will use to listen to themselves as they perform. Platform Stage this is a stage that is constructed on-site using 8x4 platforms and is adjustable from 12 to 48 high. Power package This includes all necessary extension cords, power strips, etc. Rider Friendly all equipment listed will be rider friendly, meaning the bands will approve of the equipment. Side/Back Fill Speakers these are additional speakers placed throughout the facility that may be needed for larger audiences. Small Stage - This is a 24x20 stage. It will accommodate many band performances, and with a line array will be good for audiences up to 2500 people (line array). Page 4

5 TERMS (cont.) Snake this is for connecting the mixer to the inputs from the band on the stage Stage left and right this is the sides of the stage when looking out to the audience. Subs these are the low-frequency speakers that will be placed in front of or under the stages. Tops these are the main speakers that will either be part of a ground stack or a flyable array. Upstage This is the back of the stage, farthest from the audience. Page 5
