3 TROFFERS JESCO's new WAFER LED Troffer Series offers highly engineered, ultralightweight and ultrathin troffers that easily drop into any retrofit or new construction ceiling applications. OccuSmart Technology Built Into The Fixture Custom designed, highly sensitive, ultrasonic motion sensors are available for seamless incorporation into the frames of our Wafer troffers. These finely tuned sensors do not require line of sight, are able to sense movement from around corners or from long distances and are resistant to false triggering. The OccuSmart system has adaptable onboard controls that allow: Adjustable standby light levels of 5, 10, 20 or 30% of full output when a space is unoccupied. Selectable standby time delay from 5 to 30 minutes. Once a space is sensed as unoccupied it resets the fixture to the lower selected standby light level. Masterslave control feed that allows you to control standby light levels and standby time delay for up to 5 Basic fixtures with just one OccuSmart enabled troffer. Each of these onboard features are field adjustable as building dynamics or needs of a space change over time. The OccuSmart occupancy sensor system has the potential to save up to 85% of energy costs per fixture. There are also substantial savings when taking into consideration additional costs to install and wire remote dimmers or occupancy sensors. OccuSmart Technology TBar Grid Mounting Advanced Optical Design Powered by JESCO s patent pending, state of the art optical design, the fixtures provide exceptional light uniformity virtually eliminating any hot spots typically associated with LEDs. Downward directed LEDs provide ultrahigh lumen output. Long Lumen Maintenance High Performance LEDs embedded into a highly engineered system allow these troffers to achieve up to 156,000 hours based on LM80 data collection and TM21 calculations. Surface Mounting Easily Dimmable The Wafer troffer series is easily dimmed using 010V, Triac or ELV dimming controllers. Lightweight but Durable Manufactured with rigid, codegauge steel yet weighs only a few pounds. Easy to lift and smooth sides and ends make installing this troffer easy and a one person job. Ultrathin Profile With their ultraslim profile, there is no need to worry about clearing unforeseen obstacles in the ceiling during installation. UltraThin Profile Recessed or Surface Mounted These troffers are available in the standard recessed version for Tbar ceilings or they can be surface mounted when enclosed in its own rigid housing. Onboard or Remote Battery Backup An optional emergency backup battery can be mounted directly to the troffer. For remote mounting applications they can be removed and placed appropiately.
