Resilient: Louvres are produced in Zincalume, the full Colorbond range & our new Woodgrain range. Support posts are manufactured from either hot-dipped galvanised steel or extruded aluminium depending on the application & area they are required for. (Screwing into aluminium posts prevents rusting on roofs or other structures which is a common problem when galvanised steel posts are cut or drilled on site) Accurate: Both Colorbond & Zincalume blades are accurately cut to length (+/-1mm), complete with punched holes at each end of the blade & any intermediate positions for fixing to posts as required. Durable: The series is roll formed from BlueScope Colorbond or Zincalume 0.55mm soft feed coil which is renowned for producing durable rainwater goods. Colorbond comes with a protective strippable plastic film to protect the painted surface during construction. Straight Clean Lines: When installing continuous runs of louvre blades, a profiled carrier strip is provided to accurately space the blades, maintaining straight clean lines.
