With this your GPS should send you directly to Gate 3 matter is inside the O2. To reach the loading bay you need first to clear the O2 security. From the A102 take Millennium Way all the way up to the roundabout and take the first exit left (forget all coloured lines). Go to Gate 3 and clear security. Once inside the O2 gates, follow the road clockwise with the dome on your right. You ll see big numbers on the tarmac, which relate to main bay numbers. Once you ll see 12 prepare to stop. Our loading gate is on BAY 12, but the actual gate is almost on Bay 1. The loading bay is signed MATTER.

4 3. Internal Access 3.1 Parking Please park all buses and vans to the left of the load-in bay (see photo below). Bus power (landlines/offshore power) will be at the front door at bay 1. 2 x 16 amp C-form are provided, but please let us know in advance if needed. Car parking is rather limited at matter, spaces must be reserved and all vehicle/driver details forwarded to the relevant matter contact at least 24 hours in advance of the show. There is plenty of space in nearby car parks 2 + 4, which should charge no more than 5.00 Over-night parking can be arranged upon request. This is located at the nearby David Beckham academy, where there is a specially allocated parking facility for tour buses. This must be arranged in advance.

5 3.2 Load In As above this is Loading Bay 12 There are no steps. One meter wide fire doors take you straight to stage via a ramp. This is a 20 meter push in total. 3.3 Times Typical load in times: Monday Thursday load in from 12:00 doors 19:00 curfew 23:00 Friday Sunday load in from 11:00 doors 18:30 curfew 10: Security 24 hour security and CCTV system in place

Facilities 4.1 Dressing Rooms 1 green room with straight access to stage right 3 dressing rooms close to load in bay 1 shower and toilet next to green room 4.2 Production Office 1 production office next to dressing rooms 4.3 Internet Access Password protected wireless internet is available throughout the backstage area including dressing rooms and production office 4.4 Merchandise Merchandise table available upon request, situated to right of entrance to room 1. There is no charge for this, but we do not supply a seller (this can be arranged upon request, fee tbc) 4.5 Venue Damage THE ATTENTION OF ALL ACTS, CREW, PROMOTERS ETC IS DRAWN TO THE FOLLOWING: We expect general wear and tear on the venue and equipment. Please let us know if you have a genuine accident, and please check with a member of staff before attaching any fittings, fixtures, decorations etc to the walls. We will charge for willful damage, misuse and theft. Please also remember your own responsibilities when handling your equipment, and ensure it is safe and serviceable. Please also be mindful of sound leakage. All external doors must be kept closed, unless for load in / out.
