Installation & commissioning of IP CCTV Surveillance system consisting of 17 CCTV cameras (05 Dome & 12 Bullet) with 01 no. of 24 channel Hardware based NVR with 8 TB (2 x 4 TB) memory, 01 no of 40 inch LED full HD TV and one no of 01 KVA UPS at CSD, Hingna office premises with 2 years Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) after Warranty period. 3. General Conditions: 1. MECL will provide one no. of computer (CPU, Monitor, Key board and mouse) to commission the IP CCTV Surveillance system at Utility Complex premises. 2. The quantity of the cables, Giga byte switches, Junction boxes, PVC Conduit pipe etc. are given in the GTR and specifications as well. The L1 of the parties will be decided with the present quantity as given in the BOQ. However, the payment will be made as per the quantity used (required for installation) in the system. 3. One or two cameras may be re-installed even after the commissioning of the Surveillance system in order to cover the maximum area under its surveillance. 4. In case any dispute, the decision of MECL will be considered as final and will be binding for the Party/vendor. 5. The quoted party has to produce the leaflets/brochures of the items quoted and the authorization certificates too from the OEM. 6. Party should have at least 01 installation of cameras in the past 03 years (from the date of tender) of the same type of brand that quoting and proof of that installation should be enclosed with the offer. 7. The quoting party should have an office / establishment in Nagpur with service engineer / technician which may be physically verified. 8. Rigid mechanical / civil structure to be provided for the fixing of CCTV cameras and during laying of the cable, wherever it is necessary with the labour and all, in no extra cost. 9. Any kind of damage in system due natural calamity (heavy rain, windstorm etc.) bidder has to replace the system or part of system which is damaged. 10.Cable laying is should be underground with proper pipes (PVC conduit as per the necessity). Technical requirement of system Complete system should work on 230V AC ± 10%, 50 Hz power supply. System should be compatible to run on generator set also. Power line surge circuit should be provided. All the electrical and electronics protection should be provided to protect the system during high voltage any kind of internal and physical damage bidder has to replace the system or part of system.
