4 Dimming & Lighting Control Panels We offer custom-built cabinets to meet your particular requirement with single & three phase power supplies with and without, I/P & O/P protection devices to comply with the local regulations. All our cabinets are designed to use the same interchangeable dimming modules. All our Dimming & Lighting control systems are manufactured in compliance with all the applicable EC specifications EN5501on EMC and Low Voltage directives. We offer 6,12, 18&24 channel dimming and lighting control panels as part of our standard ex-stock range. The Din rail mountable module is totally self contained with its own integral PSU and can be configured as part of a central system or as a standalone system. This module can be fitted along with protection devices in the distribution board or into a cabinet with any other modules. The Metal construction has been designed and built for safety, reliability & serviceability with standard din rail mountable fixing arrangement. The channel numbers for each output can be configured. 9 QL-NE100 QL NE100 is an Ethernet to QL-Net Interface. The Din rail mountable module is totally self-contained with its own integral PSU. This module can be fitted along with any other modules. 14 QL 1025 QL 1025 is LED Dimmable driver, Most LED dimmers are subject to flicker when output level is under 10%. Therefore, the dimmable inputs of most LED dimmers are 1 10V DC rather than 0 10V DC, or LEDs will be flickering when dimmable input is under 1V (10%). QL-1025 is a constant voltage LED dimmable driver with adjustable voltage output from 9V to 28V and with current limit functionality from 100mA to 2000mA, making it suitable for most LED applications. Controlling by an external 0 10 V analog signal, QL-1025 s PWM control is the key of its precise dimming output. The most distinct advantage is that the output to LEDs is filtered as DC, which ensures no flickering even at the lowest dimming level. High flexibility by adjustable DC output (9V - 28V). 16 USER INTERFACE QL-CP 106 QL-CP 106 is a Push Button control plate, which is available in a wide range of finishes with either 6 scenes plus off, raise and lower selection with LED indicators or 1 upto 4 On/Off selection switching. Push button plates are available in a screw less clip-on construction with Silver, Gold, White face plate finishes. All plates flush mount into a standard MK891 back box. In centralised configuration, typically for Hotels, large commercial complex etc, the Dimming/Lighting control system covers a number of floors/areas which are linked together and can be controlled from a central location. In this configuration, the dimming and/or lighting control modules as well as the control devices in each floor/area are separately looped to a common ethernet interface module. This ethernet interface module provides ethernet LAN connectivity to the nearest available ethernet switch, which is typically part of ethernet backbone of the building. The central PC connects to the nearest eternet LAN switch and can be used for centralised control, monitoring and configuration of the entire dimming & lighting system.
