Rightfully, then, this note should acknowledge all of the contributors to that Masterplan Book. The Partners of Red Tree, however, would like to single out those who conceived and reared this Code and thank them for the creativity and patience with which they have stuck to this very complex and demanding task. Those closest involved will be able to recognize the vehemence of debate that stands behind every stroke of the pen. This document bears witness to the synthesis of very strongly held beliefs into a document that by its nature can only be considered the start of a process but it is, we believe, a very good platform from which to move forward.
