3 Assessment Fees Colorguard 1 st year member - $600 returning member- $400 Marching Band Member $400 $36 Marching Shoes Concert Band Only $200 Instrument Usage Fee- $30 Any student who uses a school owned instrument or equipment must pay a $30 instrument usage fee. They will not be issued an instrument until this fee is paid. I.E. Percussion, Guard, Tubas, Baritones, Horns, Baritone Sax, etc. We have a few clarinets, flutes, and trumpets but these are instruments that students need to purchase Payment Schedule July 25 th (Registration Day) - $100 to attend band camp September 1 st - $100 October 1 st - $100 November 1 st - $100 December 1 st (1 st year guard member) $100 January 1 st (1 st year guard member) $100 Communication We utilize the CHARMS web based music organization system to important information. The web address is: Log in: school code is marshallband Password is your student ID o After you log in the first time you will be prompted to change your password from your student ID to another of your own choosing On CHARMS you will be able to o Access the band calendar o Access your financial statement o Sign up to volunteer o Access forms and handouts
