Hello friend, Thanks for inviting me to sing and share with you! This year s Christmas Blessings tour is a uniquely special tour. This tour will allow me to say thank you to you and your patrons and share my story of God s faithfulness throughout my life. It is likely one of the last holiday tours that I will be doing. As always, I and my entire staff have been praying over you and our time together. We ve been praying that God will show up, that he ll encourage just the right people to come, and that together we will glorify Him in every way. As we all prepare, I have some standard paperwork that I d really appreciate you looking over and giving some close attention to. It just covers a lot of specifics ahead of time that will make the planning before, during, and after the show run as smoothly as possible for everyone involved. It also ensures the highest quality and caliber of event possible. I know there is a lot of detail in the attached documents. The show that we have prepared for you is wonderful! It also requires that many factors remain consistent each night. Please understand that my team would be happy to work collaboratively with you to make a few adjustments, as needed, to match your venue s capabilities and the specific schedule of the day. We are ALL (everyone you work with and everyone I work with) on the same team. So, please talk through any questions or concerns with my Tour Manager, Cliff Young. I can t wait to see you! With a very grateful heart- Sandi Patty Sandi Patty - Christmas Blessings Tour Band Show Rider as of 5/18/16 Page 2 of 22

SECTION 3: PRODUCTION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Sandi Patty - Christmas Blessings Tour Band Show Rider as of 5/18/16 Page 16 of 22

3. PRODUCTION AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 3.1. PRODUCTION OVERVIEW The Christmas Blessings Tour 2016 is planned for presentation in church facilities utilizing existing audio amplifier and speaker systems, lighting systems and video systems. This set up, of course, can be adjusted to fit within PAC venues. The extent of usage of the in-house video systems will be determined in the production advance. The tour travels in two 45 tour busses each pulling a 16 utility trailer. The tour carries an audio console, power and audio snake systems, stage cabling, mic stands, mics, wireless systems and monitoring systems. The tour carries all necessary back line equipment consisting of drums, bass, guitar, and keyboards. The tour will carry a small lighting and scenics package and lastly, we will carry computers and scan converters to interface with your video systems. Christmas Blessings travels with three technicians. One technician is the audio engineer, one is a lighting director and the third will oversee the implementation and operation of video content. From the church/venue perspective, we will need a team to assist in unloading, setting up, striking and reloading the equipment and that will be detailed in the section titled LABOR. We will need an audio technician to assist us in interfacing our console into your console and speaker systems, a lighting technician to assist in interfacing the facility lighting with the tour console and a video technician to assist in interfacing our video playback devices into the existing video display output devices. As mentioned, we will determine the necessary usage of in house video systems during the production advance. Whenever possible, we would like to use the facility camera systems should there be such a system in place. It is our desire to make our time with facility personnel enjoyable and memorable STAGING 1. The Tour will require a minimum flat performance space of 40 wide x 26 deep. We can accommodate irregular spaces as necessary. 2. Unobstructed overhead clearance to be a minimum of 17. Please contact the Tour production manager should this be an issue. 3. The stage area should be completely cleared of any equipment prior to the scheduled load-in time. Provisions for grand pianos and organs can be handled in the production advance. 4. One large trash can with a plastic liner would be helpful on the stage during load-in and throughout the duration of the event. This will help us to keep your facility clean. 5. The event will need load-in access as close to the stage location as possible. Our largest piece of gear is 30 wide, therefore most standard, single wide man doors will not work for load-in access. Double doors with the center column removed will be helpful. Of course, an overhead door scenario is ideal. 6. Please provide a few photographs of the stage location detailing floor plan, overhead obstructions, video, lighting and audio locations. Approximate dimensions of the stage space would be most helpful. 7. Please provide three (3) 8 x8 risers, each tall Sandi Patty - Christmas Blessings Tour Band Show Rider as of 5/18/16 Page 17 of 22

8. If a choir is participating in the show, adequate space for the choir will be accommodated on the stage. 9. A stage plot can be given to a venue representative during the Tour Advancement. Final placement of all items on the stage will be at the full direction of the Production Manager. Please let the Tour Manager know during the Tour Advancement if there are any fixed items on the stage that the Tour set will need to work around PIANO 1. A 7-9 ft grand piano (no baby or mini grand pianos) must be in place and tuned day of show by 2:00pm. Tuner must return two (2) hours before show time for a re-tune. Piano should be located center stage about 8ft from the downstage edge with piano keys toward stage right so pianist faces stage left when playing. Production Manager will give exact placement specifications on where to place piano. Please pay special attention to the piano tuning as it is a critical element of the Artist s performance CHOIR 1. If willing and available, Sandi would welcome the opportunity to have a choir of the host church/venue or another practiced choir participate in the Tour show. Please have Choir Director make initial contact with Artist Management if choir is available to perform ELECTRICAL 1. PRODUCTION POWER The Tour will require a single power service of 100 amps 3 phase, 208 volt, 5 wire service within 100 of the stage location. This can be accomplished through the use of a three pole 100 amp breaker in an existing breaker panel as long as the panel has sufficient overall capacity. We can accommodate single phase power services as well. 2. SHORE POWER The Tour will utilize ground transportation and having shore power for two (2) busses would be helpful, but not mandatory. If available, two (2) 60 amp single phase 4 wire 208 volt service within 75 of the bus parking location would be ideal. Otherwise the bus will utilize it s onboard generator for power. 3. ELECTRICIAN Electrical tie-in during load-in and disconnect during load-out to be accomplished by a qualified electrician unless the necessary power can be accessed using standard Cam-Lok E1016 connectors AUDIO 1. The Tour will travel with the following complement of audio equipment: Audio desk Snake system Stage cabling Mic stand package Mic and wireless package Four monitor wedges w/ power amps Four front fill cabinets w/ power amps Four sub cabinets w/ power amps Sandi Patty - Christmas Blessings Tour Band Show Rider as of 5/18/16 Page 18 of 22

Power distribution system 6 way audio snake for patching into the facility system 2. The Tour will need to tie into the existing house audio system and, to do that, will need the assistance of the facility audio technician. Please note that this is not a particularly loud event and we will pay close attention to overall levels and ensure that we will be mindful of how we are treating your audio system. 3. Generally speaking we will spend about 90 minutes after the gear is loaded in to interface with your audio system and ensure that tuning and timing is as accurate as possible. Due to the varying nature of installed audio systems, we have no real way of knowing how long this process will actually take LIGHTING 1. While the Tour production carries a lighting package, it is basically intended for arial effects and will not cover general illumination. Therefore, we will utilize the existing facility lighting system. 2. The Tour will need a lighting technician to assist us in interfacing your systems into our console. It is important to have a DMX patch sheet available for house fixtures to facilitate our console patching. 3. House light control needs to be available to either the facility lighting director or the Tour technician. Settings of 100%, 50% 25% and blackout should be available and crossfade times between these setting would be preferred. All other house light control locations should be locked out during the event. 4. The Tour will require two (2) matching follow spots with qualified operators. Suggested lamp types would include 400 watt HTI, 1,200 watt or 2,500 watt HMI or xenon. It is imperative that spotlights have an unobstructed view of the stage VIDEO 1. The Tour will plan on using the facility-provided video systems. Please inform the production manager of what is available and how it is operated during the production advance. 2. When applicable, we will utilize facility camera systems and will require a video director, and camera operators as necessary. Production will supply necessary event graphics for use during B-roll presentations, walk-in/walk-out and break. 3. The Tour will carry a video graphics operator as well as necessary computer(s) and scan converter(s) to tie into the facility video system. The graphics operator will work with the facility staff to determine the most efficient way to handle interfacing of video graphics. As such we will need a video technician on site to assist in interfacing our graphics package FRONT OF HOUSE 1. The Tour will require an area approximately 12 wide x 6 deep for the audio and lighting desk location. This will be situated as close to the facility audio location as possible. 2. Please note that this location will not be placed in a balcony position and it is preferred that the location not be situated under a balcony HAZE MACHINE EFFECTS 1. IMPORTANT!!!!! Production will utilize a DF-50 haze machine. Please ensure that fire alarms are set appropriately for usage starting from 2:00pm until after the close of the event LABOR Sandi Patty - Christmas Blessings Tour Band Show Rider as of 5/18/16 Page 19 of 22

1. LOAD-IN: 9:00am typical but will be determined by travel times 12 Stage hands: 4 hours (typical) 1 Electrician: needed for 1 hour to tie-in power 1 Audio technician: needed to assist in interfacing the facility audio system 1- Lighting technician: needed to assist in interfacing the facility lighting system 1- Video technician: needed to assist in interfacing the facility video system 2. SHOW CALL: 30 minutes prior to scheduled show time 2 Deck Hands: (Please wear all black) 1 Audio technician 1 Lighting technician TBD: Video team as required (some venues have camera systems, some do not) 3. LOAD-OUT: Immediately following show (1.5 hours typical) 12 Stage hands 1 Electrician (needed to disconnect power) 4. NOTES It will generally take us about hours to set-up depending on the complexity of the load-in, the physical layout of the stage and the number and enthusiasm level of the stagehands. The tour staff will do their level best to effectively utilize the personnel provided and value their time. Please understand that every day poses new circumstances, therefore some load-ins will take longer than others. It will generally take about 1.5 hours to load-out. Please insist that all personnel working on this event wear closed-toe shoes. Flip flops and similar shoes will only lead to painful and unnecessary injuries. Personnel should be able to lift pounds without much difficulty. Personnel should be covered under the workers compensation policy of the facility or local promoter. Adequate personnel for load-in and load-out will often be the single most critical point to ensuring a successful event day. The tour staff is very thankful for the assistance we are given. Please understand that this is far more work than the three tour technicians can handle on their own and they will depend on having an adequately staffed load-in and load-out.
