Overview This document is the test specifications related to the network wiring parts recommended for the CC-Link IE controller network. <Background> In the CC-Link IE controller network, the network wiring parts such as a cable and connector are compliant with the international standard (IEC standard). When wiring parts are compliant with the standard, they can be used. In industrial application, unlike in office automation application, flexibility and tension strength for bending cables is required for wiring inside the panel, and environment resistance against high or low temperature and humidity is required for wiring outside the panel. <Purpose> In the background as mentioned above, it is necessary to provide the recommended product information of network wiring parts, which can be safely used in industrial applications, to the users of the CC-Link IE controller network. This specification document describes the standard and test details used by CC-Link Partner Association (hereafter, ) for approving network wiring parts as recommended products. can put the network wiring parts, which passed all the tests described in this specification document, as recommended parts in a catalog, etc. The tests in this specification document can be divided into tests conducted by the vendor of network wiring parts and those conducted by. conducts a continuous test for the resistance properties against tension and bending, which have many troubles in the FA field especially for optical cables by configuring the actual network. This specification document describes both tests: those conducted by the vendors and those conducted by the Association. How to describe the test items results must be described with [PASS/FAIL] on the result of each test item column. Describe [-] when there is no corresponding function. And, the measurement value, etc. must be described if necessary according to the test item. (4/31)
