It has certainly gone by quickly As the children continue to take part in and enjoy all of the enrichment opportunities that the MPC has provided they will also be working hard to prepare for their yearend concerts. As you can see in the individual department reports, there are many extra-curricular learning activities in which each group has participated and from which all have benefitted. These enrichment programs would not be possible without the help of parent volunteers. The MPC would like to extend its thanks to everyone who helped in any way this past year. We could not have done it without you and we appreciate your continued support in the coming year. I want to especially thank Maureen Wimbiscus, Carol Currie, Melina Jenkins, Nancy Treleven, Jane Johnson and Sara Weill for all their work on Music Parents Club over the years. They are moving on to other volunteer opportunities, but know that they helped in so many ways. The MPC is still looking for help with a few jobs for next year s Wreath and Coffee sale. If you would be willing to coordinate the Envelope printing or help Check the Orders, please reach out to me directly. Please note that we will be celebrating the accomplishments of all of our musicians after their May concerts. We will be serving cake and refreshments following the concerts in the cafeteria so please stop down. Happy Spring I hope it is finally here Heather MacDonald President, hmackmac@ameritech.net 847-791-3581 1
