2 Choose one of the photos on pages 46 and 47. a Draw a quick sketch of the photo. A description describes a particular person, place or thing. It is often part of a longer text. It uses: nouns adjectives relating, thinking and feeling verbs descriptive words. b Label your sketch. Adjectives An adjective is a describing word.
