Entering 5 th Grade Summer Packet Student Name: Parent Signature: Dear Parents, This packet is intended to help students stay strong in the academic material we have covered this year. It is an optional assignment for students to complete throughout the summer. All students who complete the packet and return it the first week of school will receive a special prize of a movie and popcorn in the library. All of the problems in this packet have been covered in the fourth grade curriculum and will prove to be beneficial for students in fifth grade next year. While this is a good overview of what we have covered this year, it is always beneficial to go over multiplication/division facts 0-10. Daily review will make it much easier to get back into math in fifth grade. Have a wonderful summer!! Mrs. Dahlstrom
