To provide tenants with the opportunity to practice emergency response, it is necessary to conduct emergency drills. The 2016 RBC Plaza Evacuation Drill is scheduled for Wednesday, May 25th, beginning at 2pm. The alarms and strobe lights will be tested on three floors at a time. All office managers and facilities managers have been notified of the start times for their floors. Please use these drills to familiarize yourself with the location of stairwells on your floors, and what occurs in an emergency. Thank you to those who act as emergency wardens for your companies. You play an important and vital role in an emergency situation. Concierge Program Transition RBC Plaza is pleased to announce that Tola Toe is now leading the RBC Plaza Concierge Program. Tola joined the building management s team as the new Operations Assistant in February and has been working with Jennifer Dewberry to learn about the various ticket options available to RBC Plaza tenants. The RBC Plaza Concierge Program offers access to great seats and/or discounted pricing for plays and concerts around town. For more information about the concierge ticket and amenity offerings, see pages 4 and 5. Thank you to all who participated in this year s E-Waste Recycling Event on April 18th. You re making a difference! 4,785 pounds of electronics were collected and diverted from landfills. Fitness on Demand Introduces INDURO Cycling Check out the latest addition to the Fitness Center s Fitness on Demand s library! Induro Cycling has just released an entirely new HD library consisting of 20 HD videos for Fitness On Demand systems. The rides include destinations from Mexico to Scotland. Choose from both the Guided Virtual Instructor Series and the Live Instructor Series for the perfect theater enhanced cycling experience. The Guided Rides include the first person perspective, forward motion road footage, where riders are guided by the virtual instructor cueing their moves along with the on-screen digital dashboard. The Live Instructor channel features forward motion road videos with energetic soundtracks that are perfect for live instructors conducting a theater enhanced cycling regimen. Just select your class on the kiosk on the wall in the Yoga Room and press Start and the screen will drop down and the projector will start. Explore Downtown Living returns to downtown on Saturday, May 21st. The Downtown 2025 Plan Development Committee launched Explore Downtown Living as an event that offers a free, organized way to visit two dozen different residential communities in the downtown area in an effort to showcase all that downtown has to offer for potential residents. In four days alone, 8,500 apartment tours were given during Explore Downtown Living 2015. Now, the event is back and will take place May 21 from 10 am to 5 pm. Faysal has worked with Central Parking for 5 years. While speaking with his associates, they all described him as a hardworking person who is always willing to lend a helping hand.
