The word "CONCLUSION" is written in the form of a title in the center in uppercase letters and is not numbered.

СТ КазНИТУ Редакция г. Страница 10 из Reports on laboratory works should contain conclusions that give an analysis of the conducted training experiments, compare to the obtained data with theoretical calculations, note the cognitive value of the results obtained for mastering the educational material. The word "CONCLUSIONS" is written down in the center in capital letters, in the form of a title and not numbered List of terms. List of abbreviations (acronyms) If a specific terminology is used in the document, then at the end of it (before the list of literature), there should be a list of used terms with appropriate explanations. The list is included in the content of the document The abbreviations used in the training must comply with GOST and GOST If a special system of the words or names abbreviation is used in the document, then it should contain a list of used abbreviations, which is placed at the end of the documents before the list of terms List of used literature The reference list should be placed in the order of their appearance in the text of the thesis project (work). When referring to sources, reference should be made to their serial number in the list of literature enclosed in square brackets. The words "LIST OF USED LITERATURE" are written in the form of a title in the center with the uppercase letters and are not numbered. In the structural element of the LIST OF USED LITERATURE, the sources are numbered in Arabic numerals and printed with a paragraph indent. An example of the bibliographic description of the literature is shown in Appendix P. The list of used literature can include articles from journals, proceedings of scientific conferences, electronic sources, as well as state, international standards and other normative and technical documents Annexes Material supplementing the academic work is allowed to be placed in the annexes. Such annexes can be, for example, graphic material, large format tables, calculations, descriptions of equipment and instruments, descriptions of algorithms and programs, which can be solved on computers, etc. Each annex starts with a new page. If there is more than one, then the annexes are denoted by capital letters from the Russian alphabet, starting with A, with exemption of the letters E, 3, Q, L, L, N, L, L, L. After the word Annex, there is a letter indicating its sequence. The word Annex is written in the form of a title in the center in lowercase letters from the first uppercase. In the annex, it is recommended to include copies (photocopies), millimeters, calques, etc., on a scale of 1: 1 or 1: 2 of the graphic material, submitted for a defense. Copies of the graphic material in the applications must be folded so that the stamp is on the front of the folded sheet of paper and can be seen without preliminary unfolding. When folding the sheet of paper, it must also be ensured that the folded sheet of paper does not go beyond the A4 and has binding margins The text of each appendix, if necessary, can be divided into sections, subsections, paragraphs, subparagraphs. In applications, sections, subsections, paragraphs, sub-items, graphics,

СТ КазНИТУ Редакция г. Страница 11 из 46 tables, and formulas are numbered within each application. The numbers of the application are put before the numbers. Illustrations and tables are numbered within each annex: Example - Figure A.1, Table A.1. If the applications are placed on several sheets, then on each subsequent page, you should write "Continuation of the annex A". The annexes should have the end-to-end page numbering in common with the rest of the academic work. 5 Requirements for the design of the text of the work 5.1 Methods for performing of the academic work The text of the academic work is carried out by any printing method on a typewriter or using computer printing. The text of the educational work is officially carried out in the state or in the Russian language in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan". Competitive, research works should be printed using computer printing The text of the training should be performed on one side of the white pager - A4 format (210x297 mm) in accordance with GOST If necessary, the large tables or illustrations may be made in - A3 format (297x420 mm) and - A2 (420x594 mm) The paper sheets with the textual part are not put in the frames. The exception is the specifications, which are made in accordance with GOST When using computer printing, the text of the academic work should have the following fields: upper-20 mm, lower -25 mm; Left -30 mm; Right-10 mm, for the master's thesis right field-15 mm When using computer printing, the text is typed in the Microsoft Word editor, in the Times New Roman font (KZ Times New Roman, Times Kaz, Times / Kazakh). The academic work is carried out on one side of the A4 in one interval with font number 14, in the head of the tables, it is allowed - after one interval font No. 12. The tightness of the text should be the same. The indentation within the text should be the same and equal to five characters Single words, formulas, conventional signs, letters from the Latin and Greek alphabet, and also perform drawings with black ink, paste or ink should be included (inscribed) in the textual part of the study works. At the same time, the tightness of the inscribed text should be approximated to the tightness of the executed text Misprints, faux-pas words and graphic inaccuracies found during the execution of the text of the educational work should be corrected by cleaning or applying in the same place, or by typing in between the lines of the edited text (graphics) in typewritten way or with the black ink, drawing ink, and paste in a manuscript manner. Damages of the paper sheets, blots, traces of not completely deleted previous texts are not allowed. Not more than five corrections per page are allowed The specification text is executed with the drafting typeface, drawing pencil or ink All worksheets must have the end-to-end numbering, beginning with the cover page, including applications and specifications. The page numbering is from the page where the

СТ КазНИТУ Редакция г. Страница 12 из 46 INTRODUCTION is placed, with Arabic numerals in the center of the bottom of the page without a dot. 5.2 Divisions of the academic text The text of the academic work should be divided into sections. Sections can be divided into points or into subsections and paragraphs. Items can be divided into sub-items if necessary. When dividing the text of the academic work into paragraphs or subparagraphs, it is necessary that each paragraph, the subparagraph, contain the completed information Sections, subsections, paragraphs and subparagraphs should be numbered with Arabic numerals and recorded with a paragraph indent. Each section of the thesis (project) should begin with a new paper sheet (page). Sections should have an ordinal numbering within the entire text, except for annexes. Example - 1, 2, 3, etc. The subdivision or item number includes the chapter number and the serial number of the subsection or item, separated by a period. Example - 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc. The number of the sub-item includes the number of the section, subsection, paragraph and a serial number of the sub-point, separated by a period. Example , , , and so on. After the number of the section, subsection, paragraph and subparagraph in the text of the academic work, the point is not put. If the text of the curriculum is divided only into paragraphs, they should be numbered, with the exception of applications, by ordinal numbers within the entire text. If a section or sub-section has one item or item has one sub-item, then it should not be numbered Sections and subsections of the text of the curriculum should have headings. Items, as a rule, do not have headings. Headings should clearly and briefly reflect the content of sections, subsections. Headers of sections, subsections should be started, with a paragraph indentation with a capital letter without a dot at the end, without stressing. If the header consists of two sentences, they are separated by a period. Example: 1 Analytical review (section name) 1.1 Apparatus, materials, reagents (the name of the subsection) The distance between the title of a section and a sub-section, when applying the computer printing is 1 line. Sub-sections within one section are separated by a deviation of two lines from the text. Inside the paragraphs or subparagraphs, transfers can be made. Before each position of the enumeration, a hyphen should be put, if necessary, in the text of the academic work, one of the enumerations, the lowercase letter of the Russian alphabet, followed by a bracket without a dot after it. To further detail the enumeration, you must use Arabic numerals, followed by a bracket without a period and written down with two paragraph indentions. At the end of the enumeration, a semicolon or a period is put. Accordingly, each new enumeration item begins with the paragraph indentation with a lowercase or uppercase letter. Example 1: Vibration in instruments can result from: - Imbalance of rotating elements; - Light deformation of the frame;

СТ КазНИТУ Редакция г. Страница 13 из 46 - Aerodynamic loads. Example 2: a) ; B) : 1) ; 2) ; at). 5.3 Formatting requirements for academic writing The text of the training should be concise, accurate, not a subject to different interpretations. The text of the training should use the terms, definitions, notations, and abbreviations established by the current standards or legislative acts Roman numerals should be used only to indicate the grade (category, class) of the product, the valence of the chemical elements, the quarters of the year, and the half-year. In other cases, Arabic numerals are used Within the text of the academic work, the unit of physical quantities for the same indicator should, as a rule, be constant. In the text of the educational work, standardized units of physical quantities, their names and designations should be used in accordance with GOST The text of the curriculum does not allow: - apply different scientific and technical terms for the same concept, similar in meaning (synonyms), as well as foreign words and terms in the presence of equivalent words and terms in the Kazakh and Russian languages; - apply abbreviations of words, except for the established by the rules of Kazakh and Russian orthography and corresponding standards; - use arbitrary word formation; reduce the designations of units of physical quantities if they are used without numbers, except for units of physical quantities in the heads and sides of tables and in the decoding of the letters used in formulas and figures In the text of the curriculum, with the exception of formulas, tables, drawings, it is not allowed: - apply the mathematical sign "-" before negative values of the figure (it is necessary to write the word "minus"); - use the sign to indicate the diameter (the word diameter should be written). When specifying the size or limiting deviations of the diameter in the figures, the symbol should be written before the dimensional number; - use mathematical symbols without numerical values, for example, > (more), (less), (equal), (greater than and equal to), (less than), (not equal), and signs ((number) and ( percent). In the text of the training work, one should write (more), (less), (equal), (greater than or equal to), "number", "percentage", etc.; -Create the index of the standard without its designation when referring to standards (GOST, STD RK, F STD, STD KazNRTU, etc.), other types and categories of documents that have them, and also place the index and designations of the document on different lines or text pages of the academic work.

СТ КазНИТУ Редакция г. Страница 14 из Formulas Formulas, with the exception of application formulas, should be numbered by the end-to-end numbering with Arabic numerals, which are written at the level of the formula on the right in parentheses at the end of the line. Above and below each formula or equation, at least one free string must be left. Example - (1), (2), (3), etc. One formula is denoted by (1). References in the text to the ordinal numbers of the formulas are given in parentheses. Example -... in the formula (1). Formulas placed in applications must be numbered in a separate numbering with Arabic numerals within each application, indicating before the figure/ letter designation of the application. Example -... in the formula (B.1) The numbering of formulas within a section is allowed. In this case, the formula number consists of the section number and the sequence number of the formula, separated by a period. The example is (3.1), (3.2), (3.3) Explanation of the symbols and numerical coefficients included in the formula, if they are not explained earlier in the text or in the appendix, should be given, as a rule, directly under the formula. Explanations of each character should be given from a new line in the order in which the symbols are given in the formula. The first line of the explanation should begin with the word "where" (without a colon) with a paragraph indent. Example - the tightness of each sample, kg / m3, is calculated by the formula m ρ =, (1) v Where m the mass of the sample, kg; v volume of sample, m 3. Formulas that follow one after another are not separated by the text, which is separated by a comma. Example s = v t, (1) m ρ =. (2) v It is allowed to transfer the formulas to the next line only on signs of the operations being performed, and the sign at the beginning of the next line is repeated. When the formula is transferred on the sign of multiplication operations, the sign "x" is used The order of presentation in the text of the academic work of mathematical equations is the same as the formulas. In the text of the thesis, the formulas used must be typed using the formula editor.

СТ КазНИТУ Редакция г. Страница 15 из Tables Tables are used for better visibility and ease of comparison of indicators. The digital material, as a rule, is made out in the form of tables. Table 1 - Data of technological equipment used in the production of rolling mill Column heading Heading Sub-column heading Lines (horizontal lines) Side head (Column for headings) Column The name of the table should reflect its content, be precise, concise. Word Table 1 is written above the table with a paragraph indentation, after the word Table 1 a dash is placed and the name of the table follows. The table itself is drawn from the left edge, without a paragraph. While relocating parts of the table on the same or other pages, the table name is placed only on the first part of the table Tables, with the exception of the annex tables, should be numbered in Arabic numerals through the end-to-end numbering. The table of each application is indicated by a separate numbering with Arabic numerals with the addition of a designation of the application before the figure. If there is one table in the text, then it should be designated "Table 1" or "Table A.1", if it is listed in Appendix A. All the tables should be given references in the text of the academic work, with the reference it is necessary to write the word "table" with the indication of its number. It is allowed to number the tables within the section. In this case, the table number consists of the section number and the sequence number of the table, separated by a period. Example: "Table 2.1" - Table 1 in Section The headings of the graphs and rows of the table should be written with capital letters, and the subheadings of the graph should be in lowercase, if they form one sentence with a header or with a capital letter, if they have an independent meaning. At the end of the headings and subheadings of the tables, the points are not put. The headings and subheadings of the graph are indicated in the singular. It is allowed to apply a font size in the table smaller than in the text It is not allowed to divide headings and subheadings of the outset and graph by diagonal lines. Headings of graphs, as a rule, are written parallel to the rows of the table. If necessary, a perpendicular arrangement of the graph headers is allowed. Interleaving perpendicular and parallel headings in the table is not allowed.

СТ КазНИТУ Редакция г. Страница 16 из The table, depending on its size, is placed under the text in which it was first referenced, or on the next page, and if necessary in the annex. It is allowed to place tables along the length of the side of the sheet of study work. If the rows of the table column go beyond the page format, then the table is divided into parts, placing one part under the other or next, while in each part of the table repeat its head or outset. The word "Table" is indicated once on the left above the first part of the table, the words "Table continuation" with the indication of the table number (designation) are given over italicized parts. If the table is interrupted at the end of the page, and its continuation will be given on the next page, then in the first part of the table the lower horizontal line that delimits the table is not drawn. Tables with a small number of graphs can be divided into parts and placed one part next to the other on one page, while repeating the head of the table The column "Number in order" in the table shall not be included. The numbering of table graphs in Arabic numerals is allowed in cases when the text of the training works contains references to them, when the table is divided into parts, and also when the part of the table is moved to the next page. If it is necessary to number the indicators, parameters or other data, serial numbers should be indicated in the first column (the outset of the table), just before their name. To shorten the text of headings and subheadings of a graph, individual concepts are replaced by letter designations established by GOST 2.321, or by other symbols, if they are explained in the text or shown in the illustrations, for example, D-diameter; H- height; L- length. Tables from the text should be separated by one blank line. 5.6 Illustrations Graphic material in the text of the teaching work is placed in the teaching work for its better understanding, and also for the purpose of establishing the properties or characteristics of the object. Graphic material is represented by the term "drawing", and the name of the drawing can contain - diagrams, diagrams, graphs, etc. Graphic material should be placed immediately after the text in which it is mentioned for the first time, or on the next page, and if necessary - in the annex Figures placed in the text must comply with the requirements of the state standards of the Unified System of Design Documentation. Illustrations can be in computer version and color. All illustrations in the thesis (project) should be given links A drawing may have a thematic name that is placed below it, placed in the center of the sheet and recorded as follows, an example Figure 1 - Instrument details (Circuit diagram, state diagram, graph...) If necessary, explanatory data is placed under the graphic material. The word "Figure" and the name are placed after the explanatory data. When referring to drawings, you should write "in accordance with Figure 2" with the end-to-end numbering and "... in accordance with Figure 1.2" when numbering within a section.

СТ КазНИТУ Редакция г. Страница 17 из Drawings, with the exception of the graphics of applications, should be numbered in Arabic numerals through numbering. If the figure is one, then it is designated "Figure 1". The numbering of drawings within the section is allowed. The figure number consists in this case of the section number and the sequence number of the figure, which is separated by a dot, thus: Figure Title of the drawing (Diagram..., diagram..., graph...) The drawing of each application is indicated by a separate numbering with Arabic numerals with the addition of the application designation in front of the figure. Example: Figure A.3 - Name of the drawing (Diagram..., diagram..., graph...) The drawing (diagram, diagram, etc.), as a rule, should be executed on one page. If the drawing does not fit on one page, you can transfer it to other pages. In this case, the thematic name is placed on the first page, explaining the data - on each page and under them write "Figure..., sheet...", if there are several figures, and "Figure 1, sheet...", if there is one figure The unit of measure per chart should be applied in one of the following ways: - at the end of the scale between the last and the penultimate number of the scale (in the case of lack of space, it is allowed not to apply for the penultimate number); - together with the name of the variable after the decimal point; - at the end of the scale after the last number, together with the variable designation in the form of a fraction, in the numerator of which - the designation of a variable, and in the denominator - the designation of the unit of measurement. Units of angles (degrees, minutes, seconds) should be applied once - at the last number of the scale. Figure 2 shows one of the cases of the diagram (dependencies...) v 6 Km/h Road sections Figure 2 - Dependence of speed on the section of the road being traversed

СТ КазНИТУ Редакция г. Страница 18 из References In the educational work the following references are allowed: - on the standards used in the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure; - legislative and other normative acts; - special literature, etc. References should be given with the indication in square brackets of the number according to the list of literature, issued in accordance with the requirements of GOST Example [1], [2], and so on. 5.8 Notes Notes are given in the training, if explanatory or reference data are required for the content of the text, tables or graphic material. Notes should not contain requirements Notes should be placed immediately after the text, graphic material or in the table to which these notes relate, and print from the capital letter from the paragraph counter-order and do not emphasize. If the note is one, then after the word "Note" a dash is placed. The note to the table is placed at the end of the table above the line denoting the end of the table. One note is not numbered.
