In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3C) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, further to amend the Provisional Sugar (Price Determination for Production) Order, 2012, namely :- 1. (1) This Order may be called the Provisional Sugar (Price Determination for Production) Amendment Order, (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Provisional Sugar (Price Determination for Production) Order, 2012, in Schedule III, under the heading relating to, - (a) Andhra Pradesh - for serial numbers 7 and 15 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely: Andhra Sugars Ltd., Surappagudem, Bhimadole Mandal, District West Godavari Parrys Sugar Industries Ltd., Sankil in Rigidi Amadalavalasa Mandal, District Srikakulam. ; (b) North-West Karnataka - for serial numbers 22 and 27 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely: Satish Sugars Ltd., Hunashyal P.G., Tal. Gokak, District Belgaum Parrys Sugar Industries Limited, Hulati, P.O. Haliyal, District Uttara Kannada. ; (c) Madhya Pradesh - for serial number 9 the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely : Olam Agro India Ltd., Narmada Nagar, Ghatwa, Teh- Thikri, District Kahrgone. ;

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3C) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Sugar (Price Determination for Production) Order, 2010, namely :- 1. (1) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Determination for Production) Amendment Order, (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Sugar (Price Determination for Production) Order, 2010, in Schedule III, under the heading relating to Maharashtra (Central), for serial number 33 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely:- 33. Agasti Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd., Agasti Nagar, Taluka- Akole, Distt.- Ahmednagar.. [No. 2-6/2011-SP-II] G. S.
