2 Murder Most Foul Welcome to a very special celebration of Dr Herbert Fortescue s new Miracle Cure psychiatric treatment. You re here because you re one of Dr Fortescue s patients, and taking the brand new Miracle Cure Mark II has made you happier than you ve ever been before. As a member of the audience, you re asked to play along with this premise and you can also decide exactly what it was that was troubling you in the first place Of course, a murder is also going to occur and it will be your job to identify the perpetrator of this heinous act. To succeed, you will need to do a number of things. First, talk to the actors amongst you. Said actors will remain in character for the whole evening, and you can ask them literally anything you like. Just be aware that they may decide it s in their interest to lie to you. So put the thumbscrews on them, and scribble some notes to help you catch them out later on. Second, have a look at the clues in this programme, and do confront the characters with anything potentially incriminating. Third, there will be a series of scenes played out between members of the cast during the evening. These could occur anywhere and at any time, so keep your ears pricked and your eyes peeled. Finally, should a murder occur perish the thought! you will have the opportunity at the end of the evening to publicly interrogate all the suspects. This is your chance to trap anyone you suspect of lying through their teeth. So talk to the actors; keep an eye/ear out for the scenes; have a good look at the clues. And keep your wits about you. Because at some point, each and every one of you might just be face to face with a murderer Good luck!

But you ll have the opportunity to interrogate them under oath later on, so maybe jot down the odd note. After all, there s a bottle of champagne for the finest sleuth.
