3 Welcome to our home! We are so excited you are here. Read on to find out more about our place and some of our favorite things to do in the area. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please let us know. We hope you have a fantastic stay in Arizona. -Wilson and Kaysi

4 About Our Home Address: (insert address here) Parking: Parking is available anywhere on the street. Door Code Access: Your door code will be available on the Airbnb app under Check-In Instructions. Use this code to gain entry into the house. Please lock the door behind you. When leaving the house, you can lock the door by pressing the Schlage key then turn the lock all the way to the left. Wifi: Username: Password: Television: The Amazon Fire Tv in your room has access to Netflix. Simply turn on the TV and the Amazon remote, then use the Amazon remote to select netflix and browse under the Guest profile. You are welcome to login to any other streaming services available on the Amazon TV. If you do so, just please remember to logout of them when you checkout. We do not have cable.

5 Bathroom: The bathroom in the hall is for your use. On the rare occasion that we have other guests, they would also have access to that bathroom. Kitchen: You have full access to the kitchen area. The black trash can is for recyclables and the white trash can is for trash. There is normally a small space in the cupboard and fridge for your food items. We can accommodate more space upon request. The fridge does have a hard time closing, so be sure to push it firmly to be sure it is closed all the way. You are welcome to use our dishes, silverware, ice, water, keurig, and K- cups. Please leave the kitchen the way you found it (wash dishes, refill ice trays, etc). Thermostat: We usually keep the thermostat at 72 degrees in the winter and between degrees in the summer. Please ask before adjusting these temperatures. House Rules: No Smoking. No Pets. Quiet Hours 11pm - 7am Check-Out: Check-out time is 11am.
