3 THE STORY Synopsis Written By: Chris W. Freeman When three penniless college girls head to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for Spring Break they learn of a private island paradise where everything is paid for by the gracious hosts. Once they arrive, they find nothing but beautiful, young exotic locals and Europeans in attendance. Little do they know, they've stumbled onto a welloiled organ bank where wealthy amputees watch from the shadows awaiting matching transplants. When one of the girls goes missing, the other two uncover the truth and fend for their lives as they try to find a way off the island.

4 THE WRITER CHIRS W. FREEMAN Multi award-winning writer/director Chris Freeman started his film career in Oscar winning director Wolfgang Petersen's story department then moved on to join the team at Oscar winning director Michael Mann's production company. In the past ten years, he has worked for executives from Disney, Paramount, Dreamworks, and Universal while also aiding in the development and production of such studio blockbusters as Troy, Collateral, Hancock, The Kingdom, Miami Vice, Public Enemies, Alice in Wonderland, and Battle: Los Angeles. Chris has also written and developed projects for Danny Glover and Kirk Wong. In 2010, Chris wrote, produced, and directed his feature indie thriller Mirror Image for Three Kings Entertainment. With his graphic novel So I Survived The Zombie Apocalypse on its way to press, Chris is busy producing the horror feature 237 Paranormal Incident and working with The Movie Package Company on several of his projects including his feature Sorority Party Massacre.

As the returns from the project are received the investor would be paid back the project s budget or their contribution of the budget before any other outlays are disbursed. An additional 15% percent of the production budget will be paid back to the investor before any other outlays are disbursed. Once the total budget amount is repaid with the additional 15%. The remaining returns would be split equally between the financier(s) and the producers on a 50/50 basis. In the event of multiple investors, each investor will be guaranteed a share of recoupment of the initial budget equal to their investment along with a reciprocal share of back-end participation in the investor pool.
