2 Cuckmere Buses Our Vision.. is being the Community Bus service of choice in our area. Our Mission.. is providing a safe, reliable and courteous local bus, serving those rural and urban communities in our part of East Sussex not served by commercial companies. We are a registered charity and our buses have been serving the communities of the Cuckmere Valley and beyond, in beautiful East Sussex since 1976, taking people to their nearest towns for shopping, for appointments, or for pleasure. Everyone in our organisation is a trained volunteer and keen to look after you! Cuckmere Buses is the trading name for Cuckmere Community Bus Ltd Changes in this edition (September 2018) Service H1. The H1 timetable has been completely revised to give a more frequent service. See timetable on page 22. Service H2. Service H2 has been replaced by service 42 and operates on Wednesdays ONLY with a minor timetable and route change. Service H3. The H3 timetable has been completely revised to give a more frequent service. Second section of the route renumbered H4. See timetable on page 23. Service H3/H4. The H3 route section serving Western Road, Woodpecker Drive, and Bramble Dive from the High Street is renumbered H4. This timetable has been completely revised with a minor route change. We no longer serve Lansdowne, Upper Horsebridge or Manor Park in the afternoons. Service 42. The afternoon service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon from Berwick to Hailsham via Deanland has been withdrawn. Service 42. The Wednesday morning service has a revised timetable and route change in Hailsham Service 43. Service to Bentley Grange on Wednesdays is withdrawn Service 125.
