Thornton Center Stage LA Opera On-Air Sundays at 9pm Saturday Mornings at 10am (May- June Only) Locally produced music-based program featuring student and faculty performances from the archives of the USC Thornton School of Music. A broadcast series of six full-length opera s from the LA Opera s most recent season.

It s the first in a four part series about LA s Kazakhstan connection. And first it was 9, then 24, now over 200. It s the Inner City Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles and its founder Charles Dickerson says a music education teaches more than just how to hold a violin. There are life lessons in every note.
