4 OPTION#1 BHN offers TerraLargo Community Association the opportunity to upgrade to BHN BULK PREMIER CABLE level service. Bulk Premiere is a combination of Standard cable Line up and Digital cable lineup as outlined in Exhibit A and Exhibit B of this proposal. THE BULK PREMIERE OFFER IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Includes One (1) full functional box of residents choosing a. Box Selections are: i. HSD BOX ii. HSD DVR BOX iii. SD BOX iv. SD DVR BOX v. ENHANCED DVR (Records up to 6 shows at once) *** If a resident chooses any DVR Box, then that Residents will be responsible for the DVR Service Fee *** 2. Premiere Cable channels are up to 381 channels as outlined in Exhibit A and B 3. Term of Three (3) years 4. Rate of $37.00 month, excluding tax 5. Rate increase not to surpass 5% annually & not given no more than once per annum 6. Rate increase to be given Beginning January 1 st of the Following year of the effective date of the contract and shall be given each subsequent January 1 st thereafter. 7. Residents have the ability to upgrade 8. Bulk Premier level provides added benefits to those residents who: a. Have this level of service already or b. Have Phone and Internet Packages as: i. If the property upgrades to the premier level service and a resident is currently subscribed to this level of service, then those residents that are already subscribed to this level service is likely to see their individual bill decrease c. If a resident has Both Phone and Internet, they too are likely to see added benefits: i. Once the account is moved from Bulk Standard to Bulk Premier, those residents that have added services will see their added service repackaged, causing additional savings on the back end of the deal. As of the Effective Date, no digital to analog converter device ( DTA ) is necessary for Residents to receive the Standard Multi-Channel Video portion of the Bulk Services on cable ready television sets. However, If in the future, Operator delivers the Standard Multi-Channel Video Service via a digital only signal, so that it becomes necessary for Residents to have a DTA to receive the Standard Multi-Channel Video Service, then Operator shall provide up to two (2 DTAs to Residents home on a per home basis.

5 OPTION #2 BHN offers TerraLago Community Association the opportunity to REMAIN under the current bulk leveled service which is BHN BULK STANDARD CABLE level service. Bulk Standard Cable is the current level that you have NOW as bulk and consist ONLY of Exhibit A of the Proposal. The TERMS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. Contract to be Effective July 1 st, Term OF 5 years 3. Annual Rate increases not to surpass 5% 4. Per unit rate of $ Residents still have option to upgrade to any service beyond the Bulk leveled service As of the Effective Date, no digital to analog converter device ( DTA ) is necessary for Residents to receive the Standard Multi-Channel Video portion of the Bulk Services on cable ready television sets.
