Lighting management system author
Focuses the light on the user The app concept opens up a new dimension of flexibility for lighting management systems. The functions available include daylight, shows*, emergency lighting* and many more. Designed as an open system, infinity* provides the opportunity to program your own apps, address field bus systems such as KNX, or connect the system to a building management system via BACnet or OPC. Thanks to wizards, only little know-how is required to commission the system in just a few steps. * in development stage author
Focuses the light on the user Mobile interaction has already been included in the standard version. All Web-enabled devices are able to communicate with. The multi-language user interface combines personal design options with intuitive operation based on scientific findings and user analyses author
Focuses the light on the user can be adjusted to customer-specific needs: thanks to individually extendable functions and project sizes (up to 250 actuators for, up to 100,000 actuators for infinity*). * in development stage author
Features at a glance Flexible selection of functions Flexible system size and number of connections thanks to open system Flexible control concept Safe investment Future-proof author
Features at a glance Central controller - the heart of the system Includes all functions - whether automation settings or communication - everything runs on this industrial switching cabinet Here functional extensions are enabled and set Intuitive user interface and control concept - the face User interface is available as a website on controller Self-explanatory texts and icons for all functions provide for intuitive control Touch panel as the portal to access the system All devices with a web browser are suitable for control and configuration without any additional hardware or software By separating the controller from the control points, availability, flexibility and safety are increased author

Scene call Scenes are lighting situations optimised for various visual tasks and activities, comprising the settings for luminaires, blinds, windows and screens within a room. Settings can be dynamically matched to each other and include various parameters (e.g. daylight*, time of day, weather). Settings are permanently saved in the device itself and can thus be called up and modified via the respective scene at any time Scene call: manually via the start page or through control units automatically through pre-defined conditions automatically via presence detectors Additionally, the static scene can be temporarily modified through manual intervention via start page or detailed control * in development stage author
Standard scenes (as supplied) Ex factory: absence, working, writing, meeting and workshop These scenes will also be generated whenever a new room is created The non-deletable scenes "absence" and "working" can be renamed or adjusted to individual needs via the configuration Absence Working Writing In addition to the five standard scenes, 16 other scenes can be created and defined for each room. 27 Conditional scene call / time-based management Automatic scene call, if defined conditions are met Time-based control depending on events or calendar entries, from fixed time up to variable switching times The following conditions and functions are available: 1. Condition: time of day 2. Condition: twilight 3. Condition: scene 4. Function: stairs 5. Function: all off author
Conditional scene call / time-based management - options Time of day At a defined switching time (time of day), a scene call takes place automatically in a defined room. This scene call can be allocated to individual weekdays (incl. exceptions). Optionally, the scene call may be made dependent on the state (scene) of another room. Twilight Depending on a certain outdoor brightness level to be defined, a scene will be called up. This scene call can be allocated to individual weekdays (incl. exceptions). Additionally, time windows can be configured and the condition restricted to this time window. Scene The scene call takes place when a certain scene is active in a defined room. The call can take place after a defined time lag and may be allocated to individual weekdays. Additionally, time windows can be configured and the condition restricted to this time window. Stairs The scene call takes place depending on whether the presence of people is detected. After a switch-off delay to be defined, the absence scene will be activated. The stairs function can be allocated to individual weekdays. Additionally, time windows can be configured and the condition restricted to this time window. All off Using the all-off function, you can call up the absence scene in all rooms at a certain time of day author
Calendar functions Administration of groups of fixed dates that can be added as exceptions in the "Conditional Scene Call" app Summary of the fixed dates defined on summary page Two types of fixed date groups can be created: annually recurring fixed dates one-time fixed dates or days/periods with different dates (e.g. plant holidays) At least two groups of fixed dates are required to be able to define as exceptions both annually recurring and one-time fixed dates, since only fixed dates of the same type can be created in any one fixed date group author
Presence-based control Automated scene call whenever any presence is detected by the sensors Motion sensors capture the presence of persons and adjust the lighting in line with pre-set parameters. Various lighting scenes are possible for presence and absence Rooms and areas can be allocated to random sensors The action of the settings can be restricted through time windows author
Presence-based control Functions: Presence detection active/ not active Absence detection active/ not active Switch-off delay: period of time after expiry of which the absence scene will be called up Type of building service governs which building services are affected by the scene call Always active: the presence scene will be called up regardless of whether a scene is active or not Not active when the following scene is active: will not be run when the selected scene is active. Only active when the following scene is active: will only be run when the selected scene is active author
Special luminaires Combines luminaires consisting of several individual actuators (control gear or addresses) into one unit In this context, distinguishes three types of special luminaires RGB colour luminaires Balanced luminaires Tunable White luminaires author
Special luminaires RGB colour luminaires Consist of three individual lamps (red, green, blue) The colour luminaire is defined on the basis of these individual devices, and will appear in the system diagram instead of the individual devices Colour luminaires can now be adjusted or dimmed using the colour palette. When addressing the individual components, the red, green or blue actuator type must be allocated Balanced luminaires Allow for the adjustment of intensity and D/ID proportion of the luminaire, provided a Balanced luminaire was defined from the individual components direct and indirect When addressing the individual components, the direct or indirect actuator type must be allocated Tunable White luminaires Consist of 2 individual components (warm and cool light sources), and their colour temperature and intensity can be controlled (native cool white luminaires [DT8 2010] can even be controlled with the Basic app) When addressing the TW luminaires, the individual components must be allocated to the warm or cool actuator type author
Addressing wizard Available via the app list Guides even non-expert users through the commissioning procedure step by step: 1. Add rooms 2. Add groups 3. Address luminaires and motors 4. Address inputs 5. Check addressing Simple switching between individual steps is possible at any time using the arrow symbols in the bottom line or via the breadcrumbs author
SEQUENCE APP The SEQUENCE luminaire: the new customisation of light Individually controllable lighting solution, LED pendant and surface-mounted luminaire SEQUENCE infinity Continuous dimming, diffuse light through opal frame, switching of individual modules (14) Available in a warm (3000 K) and intermediate (4000 K) colour temperature Up to 100 lm/w at a luminous flux of up to 9000 lm More information about the SEQUENCE LED pendant and surfacemounted luminaire is available at: zumtobel.com/sequence author
