The temperature ctrol modules can be used as a stand ale device or together with other modules, such as, modules, display modules, time switch modules, etc., to achieve a diverse number of single or multi applicatis. Typical applicatis are: - refrigerated/freezer display cases - beverage coolers - liquid chillers - cold-room storage. 2 2 The System 27 NOVA family includes the following modules: A27 Temperature Ctrol Modules These e- or two- temperature ctrol modules can be used as a low cost ctrol for stand ale applicatis, or as the primary ctrol module for multiple applicatis. For this type of applicatis e or more modules can be cnected to the ctrol module (thermostat) very easy by using the quick cnector system. Four types of temperature ctrol modules are available: * One- or two- thermostats * Differential thermostat: Respds to the difference of two temperature inputs. * Frost protecti thermostat: Senses low temperature and sensor failure. S27 Stage Modules If multi- ctrol is required e or more modules can be hooked up easily to an A27 temperature ctrol module, simply by using the included quick cnector. There are two types of modules available: * modules with their setpoint linked to the thermostat setpoint. The setpoint can be set for the number of degrees of set of the A27 temperature ctrol module setpoint. * modules with independent setpoint setting. These modules act as a thermostat but no additial sensor is required. D27A Temperature Display Modules A display module cnected to a temperature ctrol module gives a digital indicati of the measured temperature or setpoint. It is also possible to cnect a sensor directly to the D27A for thermometer functi. Three types of display modules are available: A27 * The Panelmount display can be used in any applicati where remote reading of the temperature is required. * The Panelmount display/ permits to read out up to 5 temperatures obtained from either a sensor or a thermostat or a combinati Y27L Signal Cverter This module cverts a temperature input signal to a standardised output signal of 0 to 10 or 4 to 20 ma. The input signal can either be obtained from a temperature sensor or a temperature ctrol module. The signal cverter can be used for those applicatis where an analogue output is required. Such as; to a motor, motor actuated valve, recorder etc. A99 Temperature Sensor A wide variety of sensors is available to cover a large variety of applicatis. Please refer to the A99 temperature sensor bulletin. Note The System 27 modules are intended to ctrol equipment under normal operating cditis. Where failure or malfuncti of the modules could lead to an abnormal operating cditi that could cause persal injury or damage to the equipment or other property,other devices (limit or safety ctrols) or systems (alarm or supervisory systems) intended to warn of or protect against failure or malfuncti of the modules must be incorporated into and maintained as part of the ctrol system. * The DIN Rail mount display can be cnected to a thermostat very easy by using the quick cnector system. For more detailed informati about wiring and adjustment, reference should be made to the installati sheets or applicati notes. Repair and Replacement Repair is not possible. In case of an improperly functiing ctrol, please check with your nearest supplier. When ctacting the supplier for a replacement you should state the type-model number of the ctrol.
