Without PC s connection, V-COM Can be controlled (LGD,AUO LCM ) IR Reception (Pattern & V-COM controlling by Remote Control) PWM Selection Function is available. LVDS BUFFER CARD is in here. It s role is protecting FPGA chip from electric damage. Pattern Group Function - In each 2pcs of Group, Pattern can be output, according to customer s selected inspection processing. - According to user s requirement for Pattern Group Setting, it is available. - Through PC, Pattern Group can be changed, when User wants. 4

Pattern Number / Pattern Group Indicator - Pattern Serial Number, which is currently output on the screen, is indicating. - When pushing a Group button, like the bottom left side s picture, in this side, it is indicating Pattern Group, which is currently setting. 2. LCM Model Selection Switch - FHD LCM with each resolution Selection Switch DIP S/W HD ON ON OFF ON OFF OFF ON ON FULL HD ON ON OFF ON OFF OFF ON OFF FULL HD 120HZ ON ON OFF ON OFF OFF OFF ON Pattern Change Button - Through push a UP/DOWN button, Pattern can be changed. At this time, the Pattern, which is setting from Pattern Group, can be selected only. *. When ex-factory, all patterns have been setting, which can be supported in Group 2(FHD)/Group 5(UHD).

Pattern Group Selection Button / Auto Run Button Pattern Group Selection Mode When Pushing a Group Button with over 2 sec.., Pattern Group is displayed, according to the bottom left side s picture. When pushing a button for UP/ DOWN, and moving to the selected Pattern Group, it is changed to Selected Group. * From FHD Mode, Group 1, Group 2 can be selected only. * From UHD Mode, Group 4. Group 5 can be selected only. [Group 1] [Group 2] Auto Run Mode When pushing a Group Button, it starts Auto Run. When again push a button, Auto Run is cleared. * When executing Auto Run, Pattern, which is installed in Group 3(FHD)/Group 5(UHD), is displaying one by one. * Pattern Group is consisting in 6 pcs. From FHD mode, Group 1, 2 is using for inspection. Group 3 is using for Auto Run. From UHD Mode, Group 4, 5 is using for inspection and, Group 6 is using for Auto Run. * From FHD Mode, Group 2 is selecting all Patterns, which are supporting in FHD Mode. From UHD Mode, Group 5 is selecting all Patterns, which are supporting in UHD Mode. * Pattern, which is setting in each Group각 Group, can be changed with Group Edit Program, through a PC.

11 2. Feature Description Terminal 5. V-COM (OPTION) * Both LCDs for INNOLUX & LGD are using the same LVDS cable. -> Only, Pin will be changed. * In case of AUO LCM, Customized LVDS cable with WP Pin s ON. 1) INNOLUX LCM : #1, #2 Pin s ON / The Rest # Pin s OFF. 2) LGD LCM : # 3, #4 Pin s ON / The Rest # Pin s OFF. 3) AUO LCM : # 3, #4, #5 Pin s ON / The Rest # Pin s OFF. Customized AUO Panel s LVDS Cable needs. 6. LVDS Selector Switch - It has been changed LVDS Format(VESA/JEIDA). - When 6,7 Pin s OFF, it is Open Status. But, generally, it is VESA Mode. 7. LCD VCC Jumper - It can be selected, according to VLCD voltage. - In case of TV PANEL, generally, 12V is selected.

12 3. Each Function & Operation Power Supply Input Terminal It is DC 12V Input Terminal and is using, when connecting with an adaptor. 2. System Selection Switch It s switch can be selected between UHD and FHD, when testing with any LCD. 3. Power Supply Indicator When power supply is ON, lamp is lighting. 4. LGE Power Supply Connecting Terminal It is connecting, when the device and LCM s power supply are using, through LGE s power adaptor IR Sensor It is Remote Control s Reception Terminal, when using a Remote Control PWM Selection Terminal When using a LGE s power supply, it can be accepted PWM s signal into it s DIM Terminal. 8. PC Control Terminal Connecting with RS-232C Cable, it can be edited Pattern Group. 5. I2C Connecting Terminal When controlling LCM s V-COM and connecting with external device, it s terminal is using.

Auto Run Mode SELECT When push a button with one time, it starts Auto Run. And, after one (1) more time s pushing a button, AUTO RUN can be CLEARED. 3. Rolling B/W Pattern POWER When pushing a button with one(1) time, it is displaying Rolling B/W Pattern. When pushing a button again, it is displaying Previous Pattern.

30 7. Group Edit 1. COM Port Connection After connecting with RS-232C cable & selecting COM Port, It is linked, through pushing a OPEN Button. * COM is from COM1 ~ COM9. 2. GROUP Selection FHD s Group : It is setting Group 1, 2, 3 UHD용 Group : Group 4, 5, 6 3. RESTORE It is describing Pattern Procedure which is setting from currently selected Group. 4. SETTING It is using, when installing Pattern Procedure, which is setting from currently selected Group. * When selected FHD s Group 1, 2, 3, it can be set by 47. ( UHD s Group 4, 5, 6 s selection by 86.) * Group 3 is FHD Auto Run s Group, Group 6 is UHD Auto Run s Group. 5. CLEAR It can be deleted Pattern Procedure. It is displayed as NONE. 6. DEFAULT It can be initialized Pattern Procedure. From P01, all patterns can be shown.
