3 RECENT PROJECTS TTC CONTROL CENTRE TTC selected Advanced to upgrade their Control Room where they monitor Toronto s four subway lines, 11 streetcar routes, and more than 140 bus routes each day. Critical timeline demands innovative cut-over As a mission-critical TTC infrastructure integration and installation, Advanced supported a system that had to stay live; the TTC is the largest referrer to 911 services in Toronto. 5 RECENT PROJECTS TSN SPORTS CENTRE Out front and in the lead, TSN s premier newsroom stages impress broadcast audiences. Gorgeous, fast and seamless displays keep ahead of the latest consumer technology and save TSN money. Attracting Viewers Live TV studio broadcasts rely on a mix of precise timing, professional talent and increasingly complex technologies, such as HD video walls, to attract viewers and drive ratings. For TSN s SportsCentre, Canada s leading sports highlights and recap show, the Sochi Olympics presented the perfect opportunity to upgrade the set design with cutting-edge broadcast video displays. 7 RECENT PROJECTS AIR CANADA CORPORATE FACILITY The latest in collaboration environments and seamless technology integration across 25 meeting environments Our mission Air Canada System Operations Control (SOC) is the operational nerve center for all of Air Canada s airline operations across the world. It is a mission critical, 7 24, operational facility overseeing more than 600 flights per day. A new 75,000 square foot facility was being constructed in the western GTA to house all of Air Canada s key SOC operational functions. Complex operations Air Canada was looking for a new solution and architecture for all required audio, video and presentation technology services for Air Canada Operation s Center conference rooms, meeting rooms, training rooms, and collaboration spaces. Advanced was selected as the vendor with the experience and integration skills to successfully install so many large, complicated AV collaboration solutions.
