3 Cochrane Library Note: Cochrane download limit is 5,000 items per import Using a Filter Search the database and mark records for saving selected Choose an Export Type and a File Type Citation and Save > Save as from the file download window Choose Save As and save the text file to the desired location. Open your EndNote library Under File select Import > File, or click the Import icon which is a downward arrow Select Choose and locate the saved.txt file and Open it Under Import Option select Other filters. Select View Selected In Full Detail at the bottom of the page This will open up the Detailed Results page showing the information for each study. At the bottom of this Detailed Search Results page Click on Export Reference This will open a window asking you to either save or open a file. The information in this notepad file is in a tagged text format. Save this file to your computer. 10 Select File > Import > File Select Choose and locate the file Open the.txt file Select: o Import Option = EndNote generated XML o Duplicates = Discard duplicates o Text Translation = No Translation Select Import Records imported from Trove will include a variety of reference types, for example books, pictures, newspaper articles, maps and music. Some details may need to be edited. UniSA Library Catalogue Search the Library Catalogue and select Cite Choose EndNote Choose Open Check exported references carefully as data may download into the wrong field, and unwanted punctuation may be included. 11 Choose Submit Select Open from the file download window ZbMATH At this point in time Zentralblatt does not offer either direct export or filter options for exporting to bibliographic management software.
