2 Duke Athletics premium areas provide a unique and exciting setting for any special event! Need to Knows: - All rental rates include four hours of event use. Additional event time available at an hourly rate. - A non-refundable deposit equal to half the rental rate is required at the time of signing the contract to secure event date. - The balance of the rental amount is due ten (10) days prior to the scheduled event date. - Duke Athletics permits use of any available tables and chairs on site; any additional tables and chairs are the responsibility of the renter. - Two security officers to monitor event access door is included in rental fee; additional security fees may apply. - Renter must comply to all decorating rules as set by Blue Devil Premium Services. - Insurance must be obtained by renter in the amount of $1 million dollars with Duke Athletics listed as an additional insured. - If liquor will be served the renter must secure onetime event liquor liability insurance. 3 The Champions Club Cameron Indoor Stadium Rental Fee: $2,500 Football Game Day Rental Fee: $7,500 Additional Hourly Fee: $950 Seated Banquet 175 Standing Cocktail 350 About Renting Champions Club - The Champions Club features flat screen TVs, high and low round cocktail tables and a built in bar. - Rental includes tables/chairs, AV use, set-up, cleaning and security personnel. - The Champions Club is not available for rental on Men's Basketball home game days.

4 Rubenstein Pavilion Cameron Indoor Stadium Rental Fee: $1,000 Additional Hourly Fee: $950 Seated Banquet 200 Standing Cocktail 350 About Renting Rubenstein Pavilion - Rubenstein features a spacious layout with built in memorabilia cases throughout. - Rental includes AV use, set-up, cleaning and security personnel. - No tables and chairs are included with this space. - Rubenstein is not available for rental on Men's Basketball home game days.

5 Delta Suite Level Blue Devil Tower Rental Fee (Aug.-Nov.): $3,000 Rental Fee (Dec. - Jul.): $2,000 Additional Hourly Fee: $550 Seated Banquet 150 Standing Cocktail 230 About Renting The Delta Suite Level - The Delta Suite Level features 4 flat screen Tvs, built in food service areas, and an array of furniture. - Rental includes tables/chairs, AV use, set-up, cleaning and security personnel. - Spaces in Blue Devil Tower are not available for rental on Friday before home game days.

6 DeJoy Family Club Blue Devil Tower Rental Fee (Aug.-Nov.): $5,000 Rental Fee (Dec. - Jul.): $4,000 Additional Hourly Fee: $1,100 Seated Banquet 400 Standing Cocktail 600 About Renting DeJoy Family Club - DeJoy Family Club features multiple flat screen TVs, built in food service areas and a view of Brooks Field. - Rental includes tables/chairs, AV use, set-up, cleaning and security personnel. - Spaces in Blue Devil Tower are not available for rental on Friday before home game days.

8 The Suites at Blue Devil Tower Rental Fee (Aug.-Nov.): $600 Rental Fee (Dec. - Jul.): $550 Additional Hourly Fee: $150 Seated Banquet NA Standing Cocktail 20 About Renting The Suites - 16 and 20 person suites available located on both the Delta Suite level and DeJoy Family Club Level. - Rental includes tables/chairs, AV use, set-up, cleaning and security personnel. - Spaces in Blue Devil Tower are not available for rental on Friday before home game days.

9 The Hospitality Suite Kennedy Tower Rental Fee (Game Day): $500 Rental Fee (Non-Game Day): $250 Rooftop Addition: $250 Seated Banquet 25 Standing Cocktail 30 About Renting The Hospitality Suite - Kennedy Tower is located between Koskinen Stadium and Morris Williams Track and Field. - Rental includes tables/chairs, AV use, set-up and cleaning. - Preferred caterers are the only food and beverage providers in Kennedy Tower. - The Hospitality Room offers a view of the lacrosse field and track making it an ideal game day rental venue for a watch party.

Bluedevilpremium.org visit now by clicking HERE Frequently Asked Questions How far in advance can I book an event in a premium area? Duke Athletics premium areas can be booked a year in advance. In-season dates cannot be confirmed bookings until game schedules are set. Is parking included? Parking is not included in the rental fee. Parking must be coordinated with the Duke Parking and Transportation department. Blue Devil Premium Services will coordinate parking for you upon request. May I use any vendor I want? Blue Devil Tower and Champions Club have a list of preferred vendors that will be sure to meet all of your event needs! Outside vendors are permitted upon approval from the BDPS office. Do I need renter's insurance? Yes, any event held in a premium area must provide proof of renter's insurance dated for the day of the event. Insurance specifications are listed in the Duke Athletics Premium Area Rental Agreement.
