6 WEDNESDAYS Orange Guide Sheets Announcement Cards o Dates, Times, Details SGL Clipboards prepped with: o Guide Sheet o New Registration Cards o Postcards o Announcement Cards o Short Pencils Bibles in courtyard for MS MS & HS Kiosks and Door Banners in place Production crew has Cue Sheets Pro-Presenter ready o Songs o Countdown Videos o Mini Movies or Clips o Series Graphic o Teaching slides Inspect that all rooms are set up & ready by 5:00PM including lights, music, game systems, etc. All clocks in sync (Sanctuary, Youth Room, Garage) Games team is ready with supplies in place before 5:00PM Leaders in sanctuary when doors open at 6:00PM. Great Room and Youth Room Dividers pulled by 6:15pm. Person doing Welcome & Announcement prepped with o Announcements Youth Room Turn on all lights Game Tables Pool cues straightened up Foosball table has a foosball Garage Turn on Projector Test any videos in ProPresenter Turn on sound system 1. Bottom Amp (bottom shelf of cart) Systems Check (completed by 3:45pm) Getting audio signal from: Check for signal from all channels Check for signal from Macbook (ProPresenter & itunes) in both main speakers Check for signal from microphone in both main speakers

7 FUEL: TAKE DOWN SARAH Collect all clipboards Locate ipads and charge Check rooms and throw away garbage Turn off lights in Adult wing and check all doors Turn off all games and air hockey table in youth room Make sure courtyard is ready for Compass JIM Shut down garage A/V systems (amps, sound cart, consoles, TVs, projector) P ut computer, power cord, and adaptor in sleeve and bring to office Straighten up Garage chairs, clean up garbage, wipe counter Turn off Garage lights and lock doors Check everything
