Members present for less that 50% of the meeting time: Tim Pearson, Betty Gomez. The co-chairs of the task group are Tim Pearson and Web Mayfield. Terms and contact information are reflected in the roster for the Task Group, which is a part of these minutes and posted on the TG8 page within the X12N pages on the X12 web site ( The charter of TG8 outlines the quorum requirements for various votes within TG8, as well as the voting rules for TG8. The charter is also available on the TG8 web page. Future work products: TG8 work products are produced as a result of requests from X12N components when presented. TG8 conducts no regular interim meetings. As provided in the TG8 charter, TG8 conducts reviews of items between meetings via . Announcement of such reviews is provided to all members of TG8. TG8 will meet at the next standing meeting as scheduled. The agenda is to provide reviews and consultation, and to conduct any other business as identified in the minutes below. The agenda may also include other business that is referred to TG8 between meetings.
