Freezing will minimize warping and cockling while drying, and stop mold growth Row #2: A. Freezing will prevent glossy paper from blocking Row #3: B. These are only damp so they can be dried quickly with good air circulation Order of salvage: Row #2, then Row #1, and finally Row #3. In spite of mold in Row #1, books in Row #2 are in greatest danger because of glossy paper. As long as moldy books are not disturbed, they can sit for the time it takes to pack and freeze Row #2.
