2 Today we are challenged to rethink the concept of CREATIVE MIND in various fields: business art fashion design communication science education. We ought to make DEEPER effort to understand the purpose and criteria of our CREATIVE EFFORTS, to realise the influence of IMAGES from media, art, fashion and mass-consumption economy. We ought to find ways in our creative effort to come up with ideas, activities and solutions that bring the NEW QUALITY instead of the NEW FORM. Creative Mind is the basis for our daily success and satisfaction in our activities. Creative Mind manifests itself only then, when our thinking detaches from social and cultural stereotypes that are deeply sewn in our today s existence. Rasa Baltė - Balčiūnienė, Founder of HAI.LT

3 GOAL: To create a live space for rethinking current paradigm and tools of CREATIVE MIND in BUSINESS. FORMAT MULTI-DISCIPLINARY APPROACH: we will explore the paradigm of CREATIVE MIND in different perspectives: business art fashion - psychology semiotics communication - education, etc. seeking to grasp the roots of challenges of CREATIVE MIND today as well as broaden possibilities for its development. INTERNATIONAL PERSPECTIVE: we will connect experts, scientists, businesses and creators from more than 10 countries (Lithuania Latvia Estonia Germany Netherlands UK Russia Macedonia Ukraine UAE and other) to share different cultural perspectives, enrich ideas and encourage wider implementation of initiatives. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: we aim not to provide the recipes, but encourage personal development of CREATIVE MIND by INSIGHTFUL PRESENTATIONS, CASES OF NEW APPROACHES, MASTER CLASSES for body-sensing (intuition development), creative mind tools, prototypes, aesthetics.
