I was blown away by what I thought was an honest conversation with high integrity. I never condoned Matt's behavior and didn't want him to hurt your business. I am now completely taken aback by the situation. It has taken you a month with work from accountants and lawyers to compile the three documents you sent us. That should have taken a couple of days at most. Furthermore, I am astonished by the content of the budget and how the money was spent. The trips are round numbers, and very high for what was supposed to be a very lean operation. Also, these trips were not solely to work on the Love project. You were promoting Duchovny and other artists. These numbers make no sense to me. It also seems like you are expensing all of the Thinksay salaries to the Love project, when in fact it was just a fraction of the work you were doing. Why is there a charge for Dan Pearson Radio work for $53,400? That charge is astronomical and unexplained. All of this is extremely concerning. I had no desire to escalate the issue, but this is terribly problematic. I understand the miscellaneous expenses, covering a reflective portion of Thinksay salaries and covering a reflective portion of radio trips, but I will certainly not be taken advantage of. I suggest you take a closer look at this immediately, and get me my money back. Our intent to resolve this three way deal is simply to do right by you and remove Matt from our lives. We have always presented ourselves honestly and we did everything we could to make things work with Matt and this deal. When we left the meeting we understood that everyone was fed up with all the antics, and the best thing to do was resolve a business solution. After our meeting together Matt went on an ambush calling all clients, investors, artists and friends to harass them and spread lies about ThinkSay. He told our people that he has hired private investigators as well as hacked into our s and records.his actions severely crossed the business lines and his actions were a safety concern for my staff. Please understand that to gather the information for us at a time when we were working night and day to deal with damage control from Matts behavior was consuming. We had close to two years of s to go through and wanted to get you the right information. We thought it best to use our legal counsel to work through the deal, as they are a highly reputable firm and can work best towards a resolution that works best for you. Max ed us with additional questions regarding the numbers we sent over and we are gathering all the information he requested. We will have all your questions answered by Monday and are happy to discuss any questions, or explain any of the information.
