VISION AND ARTISTIC STYLE Dream-aims to create Centre for Contemporary Theatre and Performing Arts in Belgrade. Her own artistic approach she calls Theatre of Tenderness. Theatre of Tenderness is devised theatre, based on an artistic concept/idea of a director/coach, using the personal stories of performers and other associates, their fascinations, symbols, emotions and unique talents to come to the final product. In style it is physical theatre (rhythmic, movement based, visual, poetic) and non-narrative (poetic, postdramatic) theatre. CONSULTANCY AND TEACHING Founder and director of the consulting agency Magic Agency which creates and delivers theatre training programs for personal and company development as well as theatre events for different purposes. Developed her own brand of Business theatre. Trainer and author of numerous applied theatre programs for development of individuals, teams and communities using theatre and creative expression since and author of numerous applied theatre performances (theatre for social change & human rights). Author and trainer of The Small Academy of Physical, Expressive and Devised Theatre. Works throughout Serbia and Europe. 8 Me and You, the Same Belgrade, 2014 Physical performance based on concept and text of Who is Your Soulmate (description next chapter). Research project on the level of movement how to combine precise movement and improvisation, how to generate movements (visuals, words, objects, emotions, dance...), how to direct shamanic part of movement and be able to repeat high energy and presence of specific sections. These are eyes of my soulmate I want you to scream more then you can imagine. Do you understand? 8

9 Who is Your Soulmate? Amsterdam, 2012 AWA Gallery, Artist in Residence Developing concept, text and visuals for performance that explores three main kinds of partners love: soulmate relationship, earthmate love and twinflame, as combination of both, connection of souls and simple earth happiness. Performance examines existing clichés about those loves and it offers view of perfection as possible and resists common definition of man as someone who can long for, but never actually achieve the perfect state. 9

Performance goes through falling in love, friendship, reality and phantasms, desperation and faith. It uses personal stories of performers. 13

14 Applied Theatre and Activism Performances Mund Harmonica Performance about discrimination, stigmatization and exclusion from society of victims of sexual violence in the war in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Aim of the performance is awareness raising about this sensitive issue and call for empathy and support. Approach taken was love & tenderness - light that can help us to contain unimaginable horror. 14
