The bidders should not submit hard copy of their financial bid Tender submission shall be strictly as per tender nms of the Government of Tamil Nadu. The bidder should submit hard copy the required documents along with suppting Documents in the hard copy of the technical documents and financial documents in two separate sealed envelope and super scribed Response f Proposal f Selection of Contract f Conceptualizing, Designing, Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of the Sound & Light, Multimedia show at the Swami Vivekananda Memial, Tamil Nadu on the top right hand cner and addressed to: The Chairman & Managing Direct,, Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Cpation, Tamil Nadu. The bidders should submit hard copy of their financial bid in a separate envelope.

4 c 6.3.c The TTDC shall pay the Contract s statements within thirty (15) days after the receipt by the TTDC of such statements with suppting documents. Only such ption of a statement that is not satisfactily suppted may be withheld from payment. Should any discrepancy be found to exist between actual payment and costs authized to be incurred by the Contract, the TTDC may add subtract the difference from any subsequent payments. Interest at the annual rate of State Bank of India Prime Lending Rate shall become payable as from the above due date on any amount due by, but not paid on, such due date The TTDC shall pay the Contract s statements within thirty (30) days after the receipt by the TTDC of such statements with suppting documents. The Wks shall be deemed completed and finally accepted by the TTDC and the final rept and final statement shall be deemed approved by the TTDC as satisfacty within ninety (30) calendar days after receipt of the final rept and final statement by the TTDC unless the TTDC, within such ninety (30) day period, gives written notice to the Contract specifying in detail deficiencies in the Wks, the final rept final statement. The Contract shall thereupon promptly make any necessary crections, and thereafter the fegoing process shall be repeated. Any amount, which the TTDC has paid caused to be paid in accdance with this Clause in excess of the amounts actually scope 29 B. Financial Capacity of the applicant (in case of a constium, please provide details of all members of the constium) This is to certify that (name of the Applicant) has received the payments shown above against the respective years on account of Design, Supply, / Consultancy f the Installation, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of visual projection mapping, Documentary, animation technology, Multi Media Sound & Light Shows. The final payment under this Clause shall be made only after the final rept and a final statement, identified as such, shall have been submitted by the Contract and approved as satisfacty by the TTDC.
