2 In 2012, One More Chance Foundation, Inc. was founded by Joan C. Holmes, as a Nonprofit organization. The foundation maintains a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit, Public Charity status. Our goal is to provide to Performing Arts Students, Film Internships, that are designed to prepare students for a career in the film industry. One More Chance Foundation s mission is to provide Film Industry Internships for all students, ages 13-2 ho are enrolled in existing Performing Arts Programs in other schools. By using Film Industry Mentors, Student Interns will participate in professional real-life experiences in the Film Industry. This opportunity will better prepare students for a career in the Performing Arts and Film-making. The Student Film Making program includes: Film Making Internships, Film Research, Mentoring.

Having always been dedicated to teaching, mentoring and counseling groups of all ages--from the very young--to adult men and women, I look forward to the change that we can make in a life. Students bloom and excel when properly taught and inspired. Our programs are designed to enable students to be successful, and to make wise, life-altering decisions. 6 R A DA STUDENT FILM R RA Student Film Mentorship Program Details STUDENT FILM PROGRAM One More Chance Foundation s Student Film Progra, is designed to provide Internships for Performing Arts Students in Film- Making. By collaborating with other professionals in the industry, the progra will provide entoring and professional industry experience for its Film Making Interns. The goal of thi progra is to produce student films that are written, produced and actedout by Performing Arts students. CATEGORIES 1. STUDENT FILM MENTORING Film Industry Professionals will mentor students in the art of Film Production. In many cases, students will shadow their mentors. Students will be assisted in honing their skills on all aspects of film making such as: Camera, Directing, Producing, Casting, Location-scouting, Script-writing, Song-writing, Script-doctoring, Set-Design, Film-Research, Location-Scouting, Crewing, Acting, Music, Counter-point, Production, Pre- and Post-Production, Advertising and Marketing, Film and Sound-editing, Wardrobe, Perriod Hair Design, Corrective Makeup Artistry and Preventative Makeup, Skin-Damage prevention, Gips and all other aspects of movie making.

STUDENT FILM MAKING Students will be mentored by Film Industry professionals, and will be able to benefit from their professional expertise, and guidance in using professional film equipment such as: Sound equipment, Cameras, etc. Mentors will be professionals such as: Producers, Directors, Cameramen, Post-production Editors, Makeup Artists, Hair Designers, Set Designers, Score Writers, Screenplay Writers, Location Specialists, Wardrobe Specialists, Script Doctors, Casting Directors, Professional Actors, and Professional Motivators teaching Film Integrity, and the concept of Film-making.
