All our theatres have three sections in the orchestra seating area. Sections are indicated right, left, or centre orchestra. The DRESS CIRCLE (Princess of Wales, Royal Alexandra), also known as the MEZZANINE (Ed Mirvish), is the first balcony in the theatre. The BALCONY (Princess of Wales, Royal Alexandra, CAA) contains the uppermost seats in the theatre. FACILITIES FOR THE HEARING-IMPAIRED The Royal Alexandra, the Princess of Wales, the Ed Mirvish, and the CAA theatres are all equipped with infra-red listening systems for the benefit of the hearing-impaired. These systems require use of headsets which are available, free of charge, at the theatre coat-check counters (at the lobby concession desk in the Royal Alexandra). Please reserve a headset, as there are limited numbers, by calling Mirvish Subscriptions or mkatamba@mirvish.com at least 48 hours before your performance. Patrons borrowing headsets will be asked to leave a piece of photo ID or credit card (as a form of security deposit) which will be given back when the undamaged headset is returned, following the performance. CANCELLATION POLICY A $25 per seat cancellation fee will apply if a Subscription is cancelled after your first performance. All refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment, with the exception of cash payments, in which case a cheque will be issued. MISSED SHOWS Mirvish Subscriptions will do its best to accommodate Subscribers who miss their performance into a future performance of the same production and engagement.
