1 10 th Annual Morton High School 2015 Directors Packet Important Quick Information: School Address 350 N. Illinois Ave. Morton, IL Jeff Neavor, Director of Bands Cell Phone: Patrick Mainieri, Assistant Director of Bands Cell Phone: Please advise all drivers (buses, trucks, and parents) to avoid downtown Morton. The Morton Pumpkin Festival will be taking place downtown and the areas surrounding downtown will be impassible and congested with pedestrian traffic. Please follow maps provided in this packet. It is recommended that you arrive 1 hour and 30 minutes before your time to meet your host. Kidder Music will be on site to assist with emergency instrument repairs. If assistance is needed, ask any Morton Band volunteer and they will guide you to the repair area. If you have a small emergency (student forgot an instrument, missing drum carrier, ripped uniform pants, etc.), please call Jeff or Patrick or send a Morton volunteer to locate us. We will do everything we can to help. Director/Staff Hospitality and Bus Driver respite is located in the lobby of the Bertha Frank Performing Arts Center. Please join us for a calm atmosphere, restrooms, and food. There is no minimum performance time for the invitational. The judges understand that it is early in the season and will strive to give appropriate feedback to your student s performance, regardless of what portion of the show is performed. Admission Prices Adults - $5.00 Students and Senior Citizens - $3.00 Children Under 5 Years of Age - Free Concessions Group priced and expedited group service available for bands wanting to feed the entire group at a specific time.
