MidAm International, Inc. staff and OCV Voyages of Paris staff will meet you at the airport and transfer you to HOTEL IBIS ( ) for check-in. 7:00 PM-8:00 PM: Director Organizational meeting at restaurant in the hotel with Peter Tiboris and MidAm staff. 8:00 PM-10:00 PM: all participants Organizational meeting at restaurant in the hotel with Peter Tiboris and MidAm staff. Food and beverage is available to order on your own in the restaurant. This is NOT part of the package. Day 2 Saturday, June 9 9 AM-12 PM: Choral rehearsal with piano at the hotel ballroom. Tour Description: Paris Panoramic Tour The tour passes by the major tourist and symbolic places of the city: the Place Vendome, the Place de l'opera Garnier, the Louvre Museum, City Hall, the Notre Dame de Paris, the Pantheon, the Museum D orsay, Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe de l'etoile, the Eiffel Tower and the hotel des Invalides. 7 Day 3 Sunday, June 10 9:30 AM 12:30 PM: Second Tour: Museum D orsay and Museum L Orangerie: The bus will take you to Museum D orsay and Museum L Orangerie, you can choose to visit the museums on your own or have free time in the museum area. Tour Description: Montmartre Tour Enjoy this pleasant tour through the steep streets of Montmartre according to historical comments and unusual anecdotes of your guide-interpreter. Enjoy all the sights that make up the charm of this neighborhood like Parisians. Discover the bustling Place du Tertre where many painters, cartoonists and other portraitists exhibit their works and paintings outdoors. Also enjoy free time to visit the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Montmartre. Your guide will also take you to other places of Montmartre: Montmartre Vines, the Moulin de la Galette, the lively Quartier des Abbesses with the Rue Lepic and the famous bar des 2 Moulins. Lunch on-your-own. 2 PM 6 PM: Fourth Tour: Louvre Museum Tour Description: Louvre Museum Visit this iconic museum in Paris. Discover its impressive collection and its great masterpieces such as the Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo, the Coronation of Napoleon. The Louvre Museum is a museum of art and antiques in the center of Paris in the Louvre. It is the largest museum in the world, with its exhibition area of 60,600 m², and its collections which include nearly 460,000 works. These present Western art from the Middle Ages to 1848, those ancient civilizations that preceded and influenced, and the arts of the early Christians and Islam. 11 Residency Costs and Payment Schedule: Total cost is 2190 Euros (For example: at an exchange purchase rate of 1.10 = $2409) per person, based on double occupancy. This includes events, accommodations, transfers, & all tips, gratuity, and VAT taxes described in the day to day itinerary and specifically itemized on the inclusions page. This price does not include airfare to Paris. Single supplement occupancy is 3940 Euros ( 1750 additional). Note that single rooms are limited. Triple rooms are occasionally available and the cost per person is the same as double room occupancy, 2190 Euros per person. At the time of receiving your FIRST PER PERSON DEPOSIT with MidAm International, Inc., your dollar purchase exchange rate for your ensemble will become fixed and firm in dollars, and this dollar amount is computed based on the dollar purchase exchange rate for that day which is published at the end of the business day in all newspapers. Please note that MidAm will add.1 to the total published bank rate to cover dollar to euro wire and transfer costs as well as any and all bank commissions charged by our European Bank (Alpha Bank). From this point forward the dollar amount for this program will remain unchanged, regardless of whether the dollar weakens or strengthens for the remainder of your payment deposits. This tour is priced in EUROS because all travel services in Europe are paid in EUROS not dollars to the providers. Spouses, friends, and families are welcome to be part of the residency. The same package described here applies to them as well. Publicity, management, and audience development of your concert in Paris. 12. Complimentary concert poster given to each participant at the conclusion of the tour.
