3 3 Poštovani prijatelji, Dvanaesti A TEMPO i iščekujemo u još jednom od složenih perioda, shvatajući ga kao epizodu ili konstantu ovog vremena, i ne zaboravljajući da se smisao svačijeg djelovanja i postojanja, oduvijek i svuda, najbolje potvrđuje dobrim odgovorom na svako iskušenje. Borba neprestana, kako je sebe i svijet oko sebe nazvao Njegoš, čijem jubileju, 200 godišnjici rođenja, posvećujemo ovogodišnji festival, sažeti je iskaz naše posvećenosti i optimizma kao odgovora izazovima sa kojima smo suočeni. Zbog toga vjerujemo da ćemo u toku narednih dana, kroz susrete sa muzikom i umjetnicima, doživjeti i ovaj A TEMPO kao jednu od lijepih epizoda ili konstantu našeg vremena. Od različitih koncerata koje ovogodišnji festival nudi, završni, inspirisan Njegoševim stvaralaštvom, svakako je poseban. Fascinacija savršenstvom muzike kojim odiše njegovo djelo, bilo da je riječ o divljenju guslaru ili nebeskim horovima, jedan je od fenomena koji njegovu veličinu čine u isti mah zagonetnijom i bližom, posebno kompozitorima, koji kroz svoje nove zvuke besmrtne muzike propituju sebe i svoju luču u odnosu na djelić njegovih uzleta i njegovih svjetova. Kroz ovaj A TEMPO oličen u sloganu slijedi muziku, željeli smo da, zajedno sa Vama, učinimo duboki poklon neizrecivosti muzike same, veličini Njegoševog genija koji nas je obilježio, i pridružimo se onima koji vjekovima nastoje otkriti dio njihovog beskrajnog bogatstva i bezbrojnih značenja. 4 4 Dear friends, We are looking forward to the twelfth A TEMPO in another complex period, considering it an episode or a constant of this time, and not forgetting that the sense of eveyone s work and existence has always and everywhere been best confirmed by the sound response to every temptation. Incessant struggle, as Njegoš called the world around him and himself, to whose 200 th birth anniversary we are dedicating the festival this year, is a concise expression of our dedication and optimism as a response to the challenges we are facing. This is why we believe that during the following days, through encounters with music and artists, we will experience this A TEMPO too as one of the beautiful episodes or a constant of our time. Among the various concerts offered by this year s festival, the final one, inspired by the creation of Njegoš, is by all means special. Fascination with the perfection of music exuded by his work, weather it is the admiration of gusle player or the heavenly choirs, is one of phenomena that make his greatness both more mysterious and closer at the same time, especially for composers, who question themselves and their own ray in relation to a part of his ascents and his worlds through their new sounds of immortal music. Through this A TEMPO embodied in the slogan follow the music, we wanted, together with you, to make a deep bow to the ineffability of music itself, the greatness of the genius of Njegoš who has marked us, and to join those who have tried for centuries to reveal a part of their endless riches and countless meanings. 7 7 Grigorij Krasko je rođen u porodici muzičara. Diplomirao je na Muzičkoj akademiji Gnjesinih u Moskvi. Laureat je prvih nagrada na Sveruskom takmičenju violinista i godine, kao i na Saveznim takmičenjima u Lenjingradu i Rigi. U orkestar slavnog Boljšog teatra primljen je godine, da bi nakon nekoliko godina zauzeo mjesto koncertmajstora i prvog soliste orkestra. Godine postao je koncertmajstor Moskovske filharmonije i vođa kamernog orkestra Moskovski filharmoničari, sastavljenog od najboljih muzičara Moskovske filharmonije, sa kojima je širom svijeta nastupao kao dirigent i kao solista. Godine osnovao je i gudački kvartet Moskovski solisti, čije su turneje po Njemačkoj tokom ljeta i godine imale izuzetan uspijeh. Od godine je bio koncertmajstor Crnogorskog simfonijskog orkestra, a od i vođa ansambla Crnogorski gudači, sa kojima je ostvario niz izvanrednih interpretacija. Od sezone 2012/2013 angažovan je kao dirigent Crnogorskog simfonijskog orkestra. Grigory Krasko was born into a family of musicians. He graduated from the Music Academy Gnjesinih in Moscow. He was the laureate of the first awards at the All-Russian Competition of violinists in 1968 and 1969, and the Federal Competitions in Leningrad and Riga. In 1974 he was admitted into the orchestra of the celebrated Boljšoj Theatre, to take after several years the place of orchestra leader and the first soloist of this orchestra. In 1990 he became the orchestra leader of the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra and the leader of the chamber orchestra Moscow Philharmonists, made up of the best musicians of Moscow Philharmonic, performing with it all over the world as a conductor and a soloist. In 1995 he founded the string quartet Moscow Soloists, whose tours of Germany in summers of 1996 and 1997 were exceptionally successful. Since 2008 he has been the orchestra leader of Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra, and since 2009 the leader of the ensemble Montenegrin Stings performing several magnificent interpretations with them. Since the season 2012/2013 he has been engaged as the conductor of Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra.

8 8 Denis Šapovalov je od strane Mstislava Rostropoviča okarakterisan kao briljantni talenat. Godine završio je postdiplomske studije na Moskovskom državnom Konzervatorijumu, a od je na ovoj instituciji angažovan kao pedagog. Svjetsku slavu stekao je pobjedom na XI Međunarodnom takmičenju Čajkovski (1998). Šapovalov je bio jedini čelista koji je prisustvovao serijama koncerata povodom Rostropovičevog 75 rođendana. Nastupao je sa: Simfonijskim orkestrom Čajkovski, Akademskim orkestrom Sankt Peterburga, kamernim orkestrom Moskovski virtuozi, Moskovski solisti, Londonskom filharmonijom, Tokijskim simfonijskim orkestrom, Simfonijskim orkestrom Bratislave, sa dirigentima: Lorin Mazelom, Juka-Peka Sasasteom, Vladimirom Fedosejevim, Vladimirom Spivakovim, Jurij Bašmetom, Valerijem Polianskim i dr. Njegovi nastupi zabilježeni su na mnogim radio i tv stanicama. Pored veoma uspiješne solističke karijere nakon završenih studija dirigovanja na Moskovskom državnom Konzervatorijumu aktivno se posvetio i dirigovanju. Godine bio je umjetnički direktor III Rostropovič Međunarodnog festivala Cello Parade. Denis Shapavalov was characterized as brilliant talent by Mstislav Rostropovich. In 2000 he finished the post-graduate course of the Moscow State Conservatory, and since 2001 he has been teaching at the Conservatory. He won world recognition at the XI International Tchaikovsky Competition (in 1998). Shapovalov was the only cellist who performed in the concert series celebrating Rostropovich s 75 th birthday. He appeared with Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra, the Academic Orchestra of St-Petersburg, the chamber orchestra Moscow Virtuosi, the orchestra Moscow Soloists, the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, Bratislava Symphony Orchestra, with conductors as: Lorin Maazel, Jukka-Pekka Saraste, Vladimir Fedosseev, Vladimir Spivakov, Yuri Bashmet, Valery Poliansky and other. His performances were recorded at numerous radio and TV stations. Besides successful solo career, after completing studying conducting at the Moscow State Conservatory, started his career as a conductor. In 2012 he was the artistic director of the III Rostropovich International Festival Cello Parade.

10 Vladimir Mendelson rođen je u porodici izuzetno duge muzičke tradicije. Studirao je violu u Bukureštu. Nastupa u kamernim sastavima sa najboljim muzičarima današnjice i kao solista na brojnim koncertima. Komponuje muziku za solo instrumente, mješoviti hor, orkestar, kamerne sastave i muziku za scenu. Kao profesor angažovan je na Konzervatorijumu u Parizu. Od godine umjetnički je direktor na Kuhmo međunarodnom kamernom festivalu muzike u Finskoj. Vladimir Mendelssohn was born into a family of musicians with an exceptionally long music tradition. He studied viola in Bucharest. He appears with chamber orchestras with the best contemporary musicians and as a soloist at numerous concerts. He composes music for solo instruments, mixed choir, orchestra, chamber compositions and stage music. He is engaged as a professor at the Conservatory in Paris. Since 2005 he has been the artistic director of the Kuhmo International Chamber Music Festival in Finland. Francuski klarinetista Mišel Letiek nastupa na prestižnim festivalima i koncertima kao solista sa orkestrima ili kao kamerni muzičar. Pored klasičnog repertoara za klarinet učestvuje i u premijernim izvođenjima djela najpoznatijih savremenih kompozitora kao što su: Penderecki, Koriljano, Denisov, Maratka, Brotons i dr. Kao pedagog angažovan je na Konzervatorijumima u Parizu i Nici. Član je žirija na velikom broju međunarodnih takmičenja u Ženevi, Lajpcigu, Pragu, Minhenu, Sevilji. Umjetnički je direktor prestižnog festivala Pablo Casals u Pradesu. The French clarinetist Michel Lethiec appears at prestiguous festivals and concerts as a soloist with orchestras or as a chamber musician. Apart from the classical repertory for the clarinet he participates in the first performances of works by composers such as: Penderecki, Koriljano, Denisov, Maratka, Brotons and other. As a pedagogue he is engaged at the Conservatories in Paris and Nice. He is a member of the jury in a large number of international competitions in Geneva, Leipzig, Prague, Munich, Seville. He is the Artistic Director of the festival Pablo Casals in Prades. Pijanista Andrea Rukli završio je studije na Akademiji za muziku L. Kerubini u Firenci. Nastupa kao solista, ili u različitim formacijama sa nekim od najboljih muzičara današnjice, kao što su: Patrik Galua, Radu Kisu, Gordon Hant, Domeniko Nordio... Ostvario je trajne snimke za potrebe radio i televizije Italije, Finske, Austrije i dr. Snimio je: CD sa djelima E. Šosona sa sastavom Cameristi Verone, Šumanove Sonate za violinu i klavir i kamernu muziku Ele Šulc Adaievski. Kao član klavirskog dua snimio je kompakt disk sa Slovenskim igrama, Antonjina Dvoržaka. The pianist Andrea Rucli finished studies at the Academy for Music L. Cherubini in Florence. He appears as a soloist, but also in various formations with some of the best musicians today, such as: Patrik Gallois, Radu Chisu, Gordon Hunt, Domenico Nordio... He recorded for radio and televison of Italy, Finland, Austria and other. He recorded: a CD with the works of E. Chaussona with the compositions Cameristi of Verona, Schuman s Sonatas for Violin and Piano and Chamber Music Ele Schultz Adaiewsky. As a member of the piano duo he recorded a compact disc with Slovene dances by Antonin Dvorak. 10

12 Vujadin Krivokapić je diplomirao i magistrirao na FMU u Beogradu. Nakon toga, završio je magistarske studije na Muzičkom fakultetu u Montrealu, u okviru Universite de Montreal, kao stipendista Montrealskog Univerziteta. Usavršavao se na seminarima u zemlji i inostranstvu. Do sada je ostvario značajan broj nastupa. Održao je solističke koncerte u Crnoj Gori, Italiji, Francuskoj, Austriji, Americi, Singapuru, Sloveniji i Hrvatskoj... Docent je na Muzičkoj akademiji na Cetinju i član Crnogorskog simfonijskog orkestra. Vujadin Krivokapić graduated and took his master degree at the Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade. Ana Mihaljević studije je završila na Muzičkoj akademiji na Cetinju u klasi profesora Borisa Kraljevića. Predstavljala je Crnu Goru na Susretima muzičara jugoistočne Evrope u Sarajevu, Kao solista i u kamernom duu, nastupala je u Francuskoj, Italiji, Rusiji, Americi, Singapuru, Južnoj Koreji, Austriji, Sloveniji, Hrvatskoj, Srbiji. Djeluje i kao profesor klavira u muzičkoj školi Vida Matjan u Kotoru. Ana Mihaljević finished her studies at the Music Academy in Cetinje in the class of eminent pianist and professor Boris Kraljević. 15 Crnogorski gitaristički duo nastao je godine, a čine ga dvojica istaknutih crnogorskih gitarista Goran Krivokapić i Danijel Cerović. Repertoar dua obuhvata transkripcije renesansne i barokne muzike, te originalnih kompozicija 19. vijeka, a posebno mjesto zauzima savremena muzika originalno pisana za dvije gitare. Duo je uspješno nastupao u Crnoj Gori (gdje su premijerno izveli Koncert Madrigal sa Crnogorskim simfonijskim orkestrom) na važnim festivalima kao što su A tempo i Kotor Art, kao i u Njemačkoj, Španiji (Granada Festival Musica y Danza), Hrvatskoj, Srbiji, Bosni i Hercegovini, Holandiji i Sloveniji. Muzički centar Crne Gore izdao je CD ovog dua sa djelima Domenikonija, Bogdanovića i Pjacole. U godini nastupiće na festivalima u regionu, širom Evrope i latinskoj Americi. Montenegrin Guitar Duo was formed in 2005 and it is made up of two eminent Montenegrin guitar players Goran Krivokapić and Danijel Cerović. The repertory of the duo includes transcripts of Renaissance and Baroque music,and of original compositions of XIX centruy, and a special place is occupied by modern music written originally for two guitars. The duo appeared successfully in Montenegro (where they performed for the first time the Concert Madrigal with Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra) at important festivals such as A tempo and Kotor Art, as well as in Germay, Spain (Granada Festival Musica y Danza), Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Netherlands and Slovenia. Montenegrin Music Centre has issues a CD of this duo with the works of Domeniconi, Bogdanović and Piazzolla. In 2013 they will appear at festivals in the region, throughout Europe and Latin America. 15

18 Robert Lakatoš umjetnik izvanredne svestranosti, podjednako vješt u izvođenju klasične muzike, džeza i folklornog idioma svoje domovine Mađarske. Potiče iz čuvene porodice ciganskih violinista, potomaka legendarnog Janoša Biharija. Sve što danas zna sticao je u porodici i na Konzervatorijumu Bela Bartok u Budimpešti. U periodu od do sa svojim ansamblom nastupao je u čuvenom klubu Les Atéliers u Briselu sa brojnim uglednim muzičarima. Sa izdavačkom kućom Dojče gramofon Lakatoš ima ekskluzivni ugovor, a na kompakt disku pod nazivom As Time Goes By nalaze se čuvene teme iz filmova Violinista na krovu, Bilo jednom u Americi i mnogih dr. Robert Lakatos is an artist of exceptional versatility and equally skilled in the performance of classical music, jazz and the folklore idyiom of his native land Hungary. He originates from the famous family of gypsy violinists, descendants of the legendary Janos Bihari. Everything he knows today he learned in his family and at the Conservatory Bela Bartok in Budapest. In the period from 1986 to 1996 with his ensemble he appeared in the famous club Les Atéliers in Brussels with numerous eminent musicians. Lakatos has an exclusive agreement with the publishing house Deutsche Grammophon, and the CD named As Time Goes By includes famous themes from the films Fiddler on the Roof, Once Upon a Time in America and many other. Robi Lakatoš i Gyass Band su prvi nastup imali u Novom Sadu i od tada često nastupaju zajedno. Gyass Band čine: cimbalista, Mišel Kurina i njegova braća, kontrabasista, Ferenc Kurina, pijanista Janoš Kurina, kao i violinista Robert Lakatoš i bubnjar Robert Ambruš. Gyass Band je poslednjih godina izgradio novi muzički izraz koji je i nazvan po njima. Odlikuju ga bogatstvo harmonija, izuzetna tehnička i permanentna improvizacija sa fantastičnim scenskim nastupom. Laslo Boni je poznati tercista Robija Lakatoša koji od početka nastupa sa njim. Gyass Band is made up of: cimbalom player, Michael Kurin and his brothers, double bass player, Ferenc Kurin, pianist Janos Kurin, and violinist Robert Lakatos and drums player Robert Ambrus. Gyass Band has built a new music expression in recent years which is called after them. It is characterized by a rich harmony, exceptional technical and permanent improvisation with fantastic stage appearance. Laslo Boni is the famous accompanist in thirds Roby Lakatos who has been appearing with him from the very beginning. 18

20 Bojan Suđić prvi cjelovečernji koncert dirigovao je sa 19 godina, kao student Fakulteta muzičke umetnosti u Beogradu. Na Jugoslovenskom takmičenju muzičkih umjetnika (Zagreb, 1989) osvojio je I nagradu koja od osnivanja takmičenja (1948) u disciplini dirigovanja nikada nije bila dodijeljena. Suđić je bio asistent dirigenta (od 1985), a zatim stalni dirigent Hora i Simfonijskog orkestra Radio-televizije Srbije (od 1992). Prvi koncert sa Beogradskom filharmonijom je dirigovao godine. Sa ovim orkestrom ostvario je nekoliko snimaka za kompakt diskove. Kao gostujući dirigent Opere i Baleta Narodnog pozorišta u Beogradu, Suđić je prvi put nastupio 1993, a tokom i godine bio je šef-dirigent. Od djelovao je kao gostujući, a od je stalni dirigent Kraljevske opere u Štokholmu. Gostovao je u: Rusiji, Njemačkoj, Grčkoj, Belgiji, Švedskoj, Finskoj, Danskoj, Bugarskoj, Portugaliji, Kini... Sarađivao je sa više evropskih orkestara, posebno se ističu nastupi sa: Helsinškom i Novosibirskom filharmonijom, Simfonijskim orkestrom Odenzea, Metropoliten orkestrom Lisabona. Radi i sa omladinskim horovima i orkestrima u proljeće u Beogradu je dirigovao izvođenjem kantate Carmina Burana K. Orfa, sa preko 650 mladih izvođača. Godine postaje Umjetnički direktor-šef dirigent Muzičke produkcije RTS. Profesor je dirigovanja na FMU u Beogradu. 20 Bojan Suđić conducted his first all evening concert at the age of 19, as a student of the Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade. At the Yugoslav competition of music artists (Zagreb, 1989) he won the Fist Award which had never been awarded in the category conducting since the competition was established (1948). Suđić was an assistant conductor (since 1985), and then permanent conductor of the Choir and the Symphony Orchestra of Radio Television Serbia (since 1992).He conducted the first concert with Belgrade Philharmonic in He recorded several CDs with this ensemble. He appeared as a guest conductor of the Opera and Ballet of the National Theatre in Belgarde for the first time in During 1999 and 2000 he was the chief director of this ensemble. Since 1998 he acted as a guest and since 2001 as a permanent conductor of the Royal opera in Stockholm. He had guest performances in Russia, Germany, Greece, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Bulgaria, Portugal and China. He cooperated with a number of European orchestras, among which the following stand out: the Helsinki Philharmonic and the Novosibirsk Philharmonic, the Symphonic Orchestra of Odenze and the Metropoliten Orchestra of Lisbon. He works with youth choirs and orchestras as well in spring 2003 in Belgrade he conducted the performance of Orff s cantata Carmina Burana with over 650 young performers. In 2005 he became the Artistic Director - Chief Conductor of the Music Production of RTS. He is a professor of conducting at the Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade.

21 Ivan Vukčević je studirao na Victorian College of the Arts (Melburn), gdje je diplomirao sa počastima kao i na uglednoj Međunarodnoj muzičkoj akademiji Menjuhin (Švajcarska) gdje je završio i postdiplomske studije (2000). Dobitnik je nagrade Vosel Memorial (1998), za izvođenje Koncerta za violu, Bele Bartoka sa Simfonijskim orkestrom Zapadne Australije. Osvojio je prve nagrade na nekoliko takmičenja kamerne muzike uključujući Margaret Bello nagradu za i nagradu Kockert za solo izvođenje (Cirih, Švajcarska). Kao solista nastupao je sa: Stavanger simfonijskim orkestrom (Norveška), Camerata Lysy Gstaad (Švajcarska), Slovenačkim filharmonijskim kamernim orkestrom i Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana (Švajcarska). Od oktobra prva je viola u Orchestra della Svizzera (Lugano, Švajcarska). Od je član Trigon gudačkog tria. Godine 1997, uspješno je završio studije na Međunarodnoj akademiji za savremenu muziku na Konzervatorijumu u Parizu. Nastupao je sa: Sjeverno-češkom filharmonijom, Bazelskim simfonijskim orkestrom, orkestrom Solistes Europeaux Luxembourgh, Južnočeškom kamernom filharmonijom, Praškim studentskim orkestrom... Od 2001, nastupa kao gostujući solo klarinetista sa Češkom filharmonijom, a od 2002, redovan je gost orkestra Solistes Europeaux Luxembourgh. Nastupao je pod upravom dirigenata: D. Runikl, D. Šalom, D. Kitajenko, Č. Makeras, V. Aškenazi, C. Abado... Sarađivao je sa gudačkim kvartetima: Herold, Nostic, Stamic, Amadeus. Milan Rericha finished studies at the Conservatory in Teplice and took his master degree at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. He appeared under the leadership of the conductors: D. Runickles, D. Shalom, D. Kitajenko, Ch. Mackeras, V. Ashkenazy, C. Abbado... He cooperated with the string quartets: Herold, Nostic, Stamic, Amadeus. He is engaged as the first clarinetist of the Prague Clarinet Quartet, and since 2002 he has been the clarinet professor at the Conservatory in Lugano. 22

Grupu je godine osnovao Brajan Vilijams u želji da sačuva i zaštiti ovu vrstu folklora i tradicionalnog plesa kako bi ga približili ljudima u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama i drugim krajevima svijeta. Riječ je o jedinstvenoj umjetničkoj formi u kojoj plesači koriste ruke, stopala i tijelo kako bi kreirali muziku. U okviru balkanske turneje koja je održana godine Step Afrika je nastupila i u Crnoj Gori, Sarajevu, Banjaluci, Mostaru i Zagrebu. Step Afrika is the first professional dance group in the world that cherishes artistic form of step dance. The group was founded in 1994 by Brian Williams in a desire to preserve and protect this kind of folklore and traditional dance in order to bring it closer to people in the United States of America and other parts of the world. This is a unique artistic form in which dancers use hands, feet and body to create music. Within Balkan tour held in 2012 Step Afrika appeared in Montenegro, Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Mostar and Zagreb. 23

27 Umjetnička ličnost Darinke Matić-Marović združuje kultivisanu muzikalnost, autoritativnost, sugestivnost, neiscrpnu energiju i potpunu posvećenost radu. Njene nadahnute interpretacije, vrlo zahtjevnog domaćeg i stranog, klasičnog i savremenog repertoara, sa oduševljenjem je prihvatila publika u najuglednijim salama preko 30 zemalja svijeta. Poslije gimnazije i muzičke škole u Kotoru, diplomirala je na beogradskoj Muzičkoj akademiji, prvo nastavnički odsjek sa klavirom kao glavnim predmetom, a potom i dirigovanje u klasi Mihaila Vukdragovića. Predavala je u Srednjoj muzičkoj školi Stanković i na Fakultetu muzičke umjetnosti, na kojem je bila redovni profesor dirigovanja. Bila je i dekan ovog Fakulteta ( ) i rektor Univerziteta umjetnosti ( ). Dobitnik je mnogobrojnih međunarodnih i domaćih umjetničkih nagrada i društvenih priznanja. Blistava karijera Darinke Matić-Marović vezuje se prevashodno za ženski hor Collegium musicum (od osnivanja godine) i mješoviti Akademski hor Branko Krsmanović danas Obilić (od godine), sa kojima je ostvarila brojne koncerte i turneje. Dobitnica je velikog broja prvih i specijalnih nagrada na najprestižnijim domaćim i svjetskim horskim takmičenjima. Učestvovala je na velikim svjetskim festivalima (Praško proljeće, Berlinske svečanosti, festival Žorž Enesku, festival Pueblo u Meksiku...). Nastupala je sa mnogim uglednim orkestrima u zemlji i inostranstvu, posebno u izvođenju velikih vokalno-instrumentalnih djela. Ostvarila je više od 100 premijera. Naročitu pažnju posvećuje domaćim djelima, od kojih su joj mnoga posvećena. The artistic personality of Darinka Matić-Marović, brings together cultivated musicality, authority, suggestive power, inexhaustible energy and complete devotion to work. Her inspired interpretations of the most complex works of domestic and foreign, classical and contemporary repertoire have been received with enthusiasm by the audiences in the most prestigious concert halls in over 30 countries throughout the world. After completing grammar and music school in Kotor, she graduated at the Belgrade Music Academy, first from the teaching department with the piano as the main subject, and then from department for conducting in the class of Mihailo Vukdragović. She has taught in the secondary music school Stankovic, and at the Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade where she was a professor of conducting. She was also the Dean of this institution ( ) and the Rector of the University of Arts in Belgrade ( ). She has been awarded numerous international and domestic awards and recognitions. The brilliant career of Darinka Matić Matović is related primarily to the female choir Collegium musicum (since its foundation in 1971) and the mixed Academic choir Branko Krsmanović Obilić today (since 1980), with which she has won numerous tours. 27

28 She has won a large number of first and special awards, at the most prestigeous domestic and world choir competitions. She participated in the great world festivals (Prague spring, Berlin ceremonious days, George Ionescu, festival Pueblo in Mexico, Preveza...) She has appeared with many reputable orchestras in the country and abroad, especially performing the great vocal-instrumental works. She has had over 100 premiere performances. She devotes particular attention to domestic works, many of which have been dedicated to her. Ilija Dapčević je završio Muzičku akademiju u Sarajevu. Do godine radio je kao profesor stručno-teorijske grupe predmeta u školi za muziku i balet Vasa Pavić u Podgorici, kada postaje direktor ove institucije. Dugogodišnji je dirigent hora KUD Stanko Dragojević sa kojim je osvojio značajne nagrade i priznanja. Dobitnik je nagrade 19. decembar grada Podgorice. Osnivač je i član klape Assa Voce. Ilija Dapčević finished Music Academy in Sarajevo. Unitl 1994 he worked as a professor of professional-theoretical group of subjects in the school for music and ballet Vasa Pavić in Podgorica, when he became the Director of this institution. He has been a longstanding conductor of the choir of the Cultural Artistic Association Stanko Dragojević with which he won the most significant awards and recognitions. He received the 19 December award of the town of Podgorica. He is the founder and member of the male klapa (a capella singing) Assa Voce. Zoja Đurović je diplomirala na pedagoško-teoretskom odsjeku Muzičke akademije u Podgorici. Kao najboljem studentu II godine dodijeljena joj je nagrada 19. decembar. Od septembra radi u Muzičkoj školi Vasa Pavić kao profesor solfeđa i vodi hor Srednje škole, sa kojim je postigla zapažene rezultate. Od godine je umjetnički direktor renomiranog Festivala dječije pjesme Naša radost. Dugo godina bila je član ženskog vokalnog kvarteta Veselice, a trenutno je vođa ženskog vokalnog sastava Alata. Zoja Đurović graduated from the pedagogical-theoretical department of the Music Academy in Podgorica. As the best II year student she received the 19 December award. Since September 1992 she has been working in the Music School Vasa Pavić as solfeggio professor and has been leading the Secondary School Choir, achieving notable results with it. Since 2002 she has been the artistic director of the renowned Child Song Festival Our Delight. For a number of years she was a member of the female vocal quartet Veselice, and she is currently a member of the female vocal ensemble Alata. 28

29 Aleksandra Knežević je diplomirala na Muzičkoj akademiji u Podgorici na Odsjeku za opštu muzičku pedagogiju. Diplomu na odsjeku za Dirigovanje stekla je u klasi prof. Darinke Matić-Marović pod čijim mentorstvom je završila i postdiplomske magistarske studije. Po završetku studija radi kao samostalni urednik u redakciji ozbiljne muzike Radija Crne Gore i asistent dirigenta i korepetitor hora KUD Stanko Dragojević. Tokom godina sa dječijim horom Suncokrili i Revijskim orkestrom RTVCG nastupa na muzičkim festivalima u Crnoj Gori. Godine osnovala je Ženski hor Kulturnog centra u Baru, a od godine vodi Ženski i Mješoviti hor Muzičke akademije. Na prošlogodišnjem Medjunarodnom horskom festivalu Zlatna vila, sa Ženskim horom Muzičke akademije osvaja Specijalnu nagradu za najbolje izvedeno djelo savremenog autora. Aleksandra Knežević graduated from the Department for General Music Pedagogy of the Music Academy. She obtained a diploma at the Department for Conducting in the class of prof. Darinka Matić-Marović, under whose mentorship she completed the master studies. After finishing studies she worked as an independent editor in the department for artistic music of Radio Montenegro and an assistant conductor and accompanist of the choir of Stanko Dragojević Cultural Artistic Association. Over the years, with the child choir Suncokrili and the Revue Orchestra of Radio Television Montenegro performing at the music festivals in Montenegro. In 1994 she established the Female Choir of the Cultural Centre in Bar. Since 1998 conductor Aleksandra Knežević has been leading the Female and Mixed Choir of the Music Academy. Last year at the International Choir Festival Golden Fairy, the Female Choir of the Music Academy won the Special Award for the best performed work of contemporary composer. Mihajlo Lazarević je diplomirao Opštu muzičku pedagogiju na Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu. Od godine vodi hor SPD Jedinstvo iz Kotora, a od godine vodi hor i radi kao profesor teorijskih predmeta u školi za osnovno i srednje muzičko obrazovanje Vida Matjan u Kotoru. Profesor je i dirigent u Bogosloviji Svetog Petra Cetinjskog na Cetinju gdje predaje predmete crkveno pojanje i hor. Mihajlo Lazarević took his degree in general music pedagogy at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. Since 1994 he has been leading the choir SPD Unity from Kotor, and since 1997 he has been leading the choir and working as the theoretical subjects teacher in the primary and secondary music school Vida Matjan in Kotor. He is a professor and a conductor in the Seminary of St. Peter of Cetinje in Cetinje where he teaches subjects church singing and choir. 29
