3 Warm-up times are scheduled for 15 minutes prior to performance time and are 10 minutes in length. Please cooperate with room monitors. Choir, Choral Group, Choric Speaking, Readers Theatre and Acting warm-up time will be 20 minutes prior and are 15 minutes in length. Do not enter a room during a competition or distract a performer while you are a spectator. Lost and found items and messages will be at the administration office. Thank you for keeping all drinks and food out of the rooms and auditoriums. There will be a brief coordinators meeting after the showcase on both Thursday and Friday to confirm the attendance of those that placed and wish to attend the AACS National Competition. All forms must be completed and turned in by noon on Tuesday, March 20 th. Please remember that for Nationals only the judging forms in the 2015 Edition of the Nationals Manual with the copyright information are to be used. Please do not take any food or drinks into the performance rooms. No children under 6 years old should be in a performance room during a performance. EXCEPTION: With parental supervision, younger children may attend a performance of their sibling only. Thank You To Mr. Chris Martin and the faculty and staff of Grace Christian School for hosting this event for us. To the students who helped as runners and servers during the festival.
