1 4/18/13 Dear Director, I want to thank you and your students for making this year's festival a great success. It was good to see so many students in the audience listening to and supporting the other bands. We were delighted to have you here and hope you are planning to come back next year. Again, be sure to apply EARLY next year Dates: Jazz Bands April 18 and Concert Bands April 19 Please help us to spread the word that festival information can be found online at: If you did not pick up your score sheets & trophies, they should have been mailed to you by now. If we misspelled any names or the wrong instrument showed up on any of your student s certificates, please let me know so we can get that corrected for you. Also attached are the results from the weekend s event that show all scores in each division respectively. There is also a complete list of this year s festival results on the web site listed above. Finally, there were a number of items left and I have also received some calls from directors who have lost equipment. Missing are a drum throne (DW5100) that belongs to Desert Hill MS. Their name is on the bottom of the seat. So far, we have rounded up a couple of rings that were lost as well as a soft case for an upright bass. I m sure there is more.
