1 4/15/2010 Dear Director, I want to thank you and your students for making this year's festival a great success. It was good to see so many students in the audience listening to and supporting the other bands. I was also impressed at the turnout for the Jeff Hamilton clinic. We were delighted to have you here and hope you are planning to come back next year. Again, be sure to apply EARLY next year. It is our goal to have application forms available online before you leave for Christmas break. Next year's festival dates will be posted on our website as soon as we are able to obtain calendar information from our local school districts. Please help us to spread the word that festival information can be found online at: If you did not pick up your score sheets & trophies, they should have been mailed to you by now. If we misspelled any names or the wrong instrument showed up on any of your student s certificates, please let me know so we can get that corrected for you. Also posted are the results from this past weekend s event that show all scores in each division respectively. There is also a complete list of this year s festival results on the website listed above. As always, there were a few items left behind. Please let me know if you are missing anything.
